Upon walking in the shop I noticed it is immaculately clean and spotless. My micro pigmentation specialist, Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease immediately. She asked me what look I was trying to achieve and began to work her magic. She mapped out my brows and took her time to ensure they were just perfect and had me look at them for approval before we began the process. She was explaining to me the process and each step while she was performing the service. Customer service is absolutely amazing. All the ladies here are genuinely sweet and care about each and every client and I could feel it with every client that entered and exited. I made the appointment I went there and there was no one there. I finally got in touch with someone and they said oh, we won't see you on Sunday. They then try to set another appointment and I told them they didn't value my time and I couldn't trust them with anything else. I've never had a tattoo so I did not know what to expect but the daily chore of taking care of my nonexistent eyebrows was constant. So here's my interpretation of the process.... 15 min consultation where you give your expectations and Lirba tells you the process. Lirba also explains that's it's your eye structure that dictates the shape so that it looks more natural. Then the first session takes a couple of hours... it's drawing the outline and setting up the first pass (like a tattoo outline). She will show you how it looks during the process. It's not painful and once she put the numbing cream on I fell asleep. The first pass was no numbing cream, a little uncomfortable but not painful (like the dentist). Then you have a process for 2 weeks of not getting them wet or steamed in the shower (you use a shield to protect them from water in the Luke warm shower), but you wash them 2x's a day. Then you wait another 4 weeks to settle. Then you come back for the follow up and this is where the magic happens!! Lirba makes your eyebrows come to Life! I thought they would lighten up like the first time, but barely.... Just a touch which makes them more natural. I will say when I came back I was ready for the darker eyebrows! No pain, and it was super fast.... Maybe less than an hour( the outline is already there). I absolutely love them!!!! Made a huge difference in my life and my confidence! I can wake up and wear no makeup, I can swim and golf without half my face looking like I'm ready to go out (haha). It's so strange how they look like real eyebrow hairs with the shadow effect.... I'm amazed! When I meet a microbladed person and we talk eyebrows they can't even tell I've gotten them it takes them a while to understand that I got Nanoblading which is so different from micro. I stressed and stressed over this when making the appointment till the second and final session. If I could go back I wish I could tell myself this is one of the best things I did for myself and I was in great hands with Lirba!

I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes.
