I stressed again and again to Mimi that I wanted it to look super NATURAL. She promised that wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't!! I'm so in love. The photo you see is after 1.5 years. Still looks amazing and I never have to touch my brows or use makeup. I waited 6 months after my original appointment to get a touchup. I just wanted to add that I'm pretty shocked by some of the negative reviews here. I initially went to Alluring Permanent Makeup because a few of my friends had gotten their lips and brows done there and were very happy. My interactions with staff were extremely pleasant - they were reasonable and easy to work with both times I went.

I did exhaustive research before choosing someone, looking closely at experience, expertise, technique, and results. Portia's name consistently came up highly recommended, and I can now see why! Portia was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. She took the time to create the perfect shape for my face, and the color she chose for me was absolutely perfect -- so natural and flattering. And the second was eyelash enhancement. I am 55 years old and have never shaped my brows so the results were very dramatic! My eyes were SHOCKED at what they saw. When you stare at bad brows for so many years, seeing properly shaped brows is overwhelming! Then the eyelash enhancement was the icing on the cake, kind of brought the eyes and brows together in harmony. I saw the final results and cried. Don't risk going anywhere else for something as important as your face.

By the second day, my left eye had lost tons lashes with only gentle brushing. I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar retention issues, which suggests a product or application problem. I cannot recommend this service. Picture of first day and second.

Starting with her wonderful personality, she was easy-going, sweet, and overall a pleasant person to talk to. It was like talking to a big sister: soft-spoken, funny, and kind! I initially reached out to her because I saw found her account online, and I was in love with her work. She seemed so attentive and precise, and I knew I could trust her. She listened to all my specific requests, such as a straight-shape with minimal arch. She took her time carefully drawing and shaping out my eyebrows before I was completely happy with them. The first session was just so amazing. I felt so comfortable. She listened to all my requests/concerns and responded accordingly. She really took her time, and I stayed way over my appointment time. She works very hard at what she does and makes sure she does her best work. I had no regrets, and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows! I actually mentioned that I go to the gym actively, and she mentioned her concern for getting sweat on the eyebrows. I was very careful about keeping them dry and made sure to follow all the after-care instructions. They healed beautifully! The touch-up appointment was an equally pleasant experience. It was great seeing Jenny again. She did have to skip a small spot because there was a small pimple, so it looked a little patchy. She told me I could return later and she could fill them in real quick, no charge. She's just THAT amazing. There's not a lot of beauty professionals who will go out of their way and extend that sort of service to you. Like I said, Jenny loves and exceeds at what she does. When I returned a couple months later, she was in the middle of changing locations, but she still made the time to do the small touch-up like she promised. Jenny is an incredible PMU artist. If you are considering PMU, please reach out to her and trust me, you will be in great hands! Thank you again, Jenny! :)

A little history on my eyebrows: Like most Asians, I have very light and sparse eyebrows. Before I met Kim, I had my eyebrows previously microbladed by 2 other artists. First artist was here in Vegas and let's just say I wasn't too happy with the end result. So I walked around with eyebrows I didn't like for a year until I found another artist who was located in Cali. She did great work but because she was a bit of a drive, I was looking for someone closer when it came time for my annual touch up. Enter Kim! I loved how she posts her "before, after, and healed" because that's the most important to me! Sure brows look nice right after the procedure but it's important to see what the healed results look like. Kim is a joy to work with. She'll ask you specific questions to get an idea what you're looking for and will draw the brows with pen and show you what it'll look like before microblading it. She has great personality and makes the appointment chill and fun. She takes her time with your brows and always makes sure you're comfortable during the whole time. So for those trying to decide which artist to go with, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM! You seriously won't regret it!
