This was my very first time ever doing nano machine. Jenny--from start to finish--was the best experience I could ever have! Starting with her wonderful personality, she was easy-going, sweet, and overall a pleasant person to talk to. It was like talking to a big sister: soft-spoken, funny, and kind! I initially reached out to her because I saw found her account online, and I was in love with her work. She seemed so attentive and precise, and I knew I could trust her. She listened to all my specific requests, such as a straight-shape with minimal arch. She took her time carefully drawing and shaping out my eyebrows before I was completely happy with them. The first session was just so amazing. I felt so comfortable. She listened to all my requests/concerns and responded accordingly. She really took her time, and I stayed way over my appointment time. She works very hard at what she does and makes sure she does her best work. I had no regrets, and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows! I actually mentioned that I go to the gym actively, and she mentioned her concern for getting sweat on the eyebrows. I was very careful about keeping them dry and made sure to follow all the after-care instructions. They healed beautifully! The touch-up appointment was an equally pleasant experience. It was great seeing Jenny again. She did have to skip a small spot because there was a small pimple, so it looked a little patchy. She told me I could return later and she could fill them in real quick, no charge. She's just THAT amazing. There's not a lot of beauty professionals who will go out of their way and extend that sort of service to you. Like I said, Jenny loves and exceeds at what she does. When I returned a couple months later, she was in the middle of changing locations, but she still made the time to do the small touch-up like she promised. Jenny is an incredible PMU artist. I came to Jenny to get my lip blush done, and the entire experience from start to finish was flawless. She is an incredibly talented PMU artist, so I trusted her completely to take care of me while I was there! We started with discussing some colors I was interested in. She had me share some reference photos so she could get an idea of what I was looking for. I honestly wasn't too sure, but Jenny was super helpful in guiding me towards something that complimented my skin tone while also working for my natural lip color. We decided on a really pretty pinky-coral color! After that, she mapped my lips. She asked all the right questions about how I like my lips to look when I apply color on them. I wanted something a little fuller, and she said she'd do the best she can since my lips had a more defined Cupid's bow. This helped shape my expectations of how my lips would look when healed. She definitely took her time to make sure my lips were evenly mapped, and followed the natural shape! When we started the coloring process, I was honestly a bit nervous. I had my brows microbladed in the past at a different salon, and it was one of the most uncomfortable sensations I've ever felt. Jenny assured me that it wouldn't be too bad, and she was right! I literally fell asleep for majority of the process. She even gave me a blanket! After everything was done, she walked me through the after-care directions, supplied me with moisturizers, and made sure I knew the do's and don'ts while I waited for my lips to heal. I felt very well educated and knowledgeable about what to expect for the following days. Healing for me only took about 4-5 days. I experienced some mild swelling and shedding during this process. It was completely manageable! Jenny even checked in with me a couple days later to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciated her attentiveness and care (': I love the way my lips turned out. They really exceeded my expectations and I literally roll out of bed every morning looking like I already did my make up. I get compliments on my lips almost every day!! Overall, like I said, it was a FLAWLESS experience. I really couldn't have asked for a better PMU for my first time with lip blush. I highly HIGHLY recommend going to Jenny for all your semi permanent make up needs!!
