Today marks the last session in my 4-session package and I am completely satisfied! I came in for a consultation back in August to remove a small tattoo on my neck (a single line of black script about .5" wide and 3" long). I paid $670. Normally, Blake recommends clients to come in about every 6 weeks to give time for healing and fading, but I was on a time crunch so he made accommodations for every ~3 weeks. Each session was enjoyable as Blake really tries to make each client feel comfortable. The pain was minimal, felt like a rubber band snapping on my skin. He also gives you stress balls to distract yourself, which really help. As for the results, my tattoo has faded significantly. I would say by at least 75%. Because the ink hasn't had enough time to break down due to the timeframe, it will continue fading over the next few months. I only had 2 months to get these treatments in and am fully aware that things like this take time! Blake was great at managing my expectations on this matter. Blake is knowledgeable and helpful, although i will say there was a lot i was not okay with. I spent over $30,000 at this location trying to remove just a few tattoos and they're still not anywhere near gone. i also was told to do sessions 4 weeks apart at first and then later on went to the emergency room for my liver right after and another tech told me you can't do it this close together because it's not safe and your liver needs to filter it out (although i am not a doctor but this is my experience) the laser is outdated and for what he's charging you're basically being taken advantage of especially if it's a large tattoo. I've been back and fourth about writing this review for a while. I also asked for itemized receipts since i paid over 30 grand trying to do this and was met with some weird defensiveness and was asked if i was "going to take legal action" just red flags in my honest opinion. probably a better spot for smaller tattoos if you're ok with spending that much i guess but in my opinion and after shopping around at so many places, this place absolutely took advantage of me. do with this information what you will. read more

This guy over charges for his service. I have had multiple treatments with zero results. He also does not have the picosure laser which is the best possible laser for treatment of tattoo removal. He will assure you that his laser works just as well but it does not. I rarely write bad reviews but unfortunately this man is a scam. Save your money and go to a dermatologist. I began my half-sleeve tattoo removal in January 2022, purchasing a four-session package for $3,500 ($875 per session) and proceeded with the first session immediately. Once we began, the pain became too excruciating once we reached my inner bicep, and I had to tap out. I asked Blake if that would count as one full session or if I could come back the next day more prepared. He said that it would count as one full session and that "next time he'll just start at a higher voltage so it catches up to the parts that we did" This response left me feeling undervalued. Given that it was my first session, I was uncertain about the pain levels. Despite having spent $3,500, I was neither informed about nor provided with numbing cream. Not until after the session was I informed about the Ebanel cream, which cost around $35 at Blake's office(on Amazon for $17). The failure to provide numbing cream to alleviate the pain, coupled with the eagerness to start the session was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a lack of care. In my third session, an area was missed, requiring me to return the following day. While this was manageable, I questioned why this wasn't offered during the initial session that was counted as a full session. But ok, fine. I last visited Blake's office approximately two years ago. After completing four tattoo removal sessions, I inquired whether the price would remain consistent with my initial payment. I was informed that prices would increase due to changes related to the equipment(?). This shift, coupled with my overall experience, led me to feel that the focus was more on financial gain than on client care. Consequently, I decided to continue my tattoo removal journey with another provider. I am sharing this experience to advise others with large-scale tattoos that more affordable and effective options are available. I found a provider in Henderson who offered the same number of sessions for $1,700 with excellent results. While Blake demonstrated knowledge and credibility, I recommend his services primarily for smaller tattoo removals rather than larger areas. read more

Sadly, I joined the InkRegrets Club earlier this year (the "watercolor lotus" turned out to be far more of a "melted blob of Play-doh", wah!) and decided the same day that it had to go. I read a ton of reviews for a bunch of places, a number of which did things other than ink removal...BIG warning signal!!! Do NOT have your tattoo removed by a place that also rents Bouncy Castles!!! Ok, kidding...but you definitely want a place that does ONLY tattoo removal. Anyway, Reset Tattoo stood out from all the rest. Based on customer satisfaction, as well as the high-calibre of equiptment and experience offered, it was clear that this is THE place to erase ink-disgrace (hmmm....I may have to copywrite that one.) Reset is very easy to find and the office is clean and comfortable. At most, there has only been one other client there in the waiting room, so my Covid fears are lessened. Both Blake and I wear masks (and I sure hope that you do, too, Dear Reader.) Anyway, Blake is super nice (ask him to show you his own "ink-removal-in-progress") and not only really knows his craft, but truly does care about removing your walk-of-skin-shame as thoroughly and painlessly as possible (emphasis on the "as possible".) No two ways about it, kids-it's gonna hurt. Although WAAAAAY less than childbirth, which is what I compare all painful things to. But, it's really fast...plus, Blake will give you Magic Squeezie Balls to distract you from what's happening to your flesh! So far I'm going to rate my experience 5 solid stars. I have been wanting to get my tattoo removed or get a cover up done for over a year now. Yesterday I finally decided to take all the google research I have done and pick a business for the removal. I'm very satisfied with my experience and I am seeing results the next day! I don't believe this would be true for everyone but I'm happy to report my rapid results. There is a small but noticeable difference in the red coloring of the center of my tattoo and a small portion of the black outline is noticeably faded. All I can say is Blake is BEYOND AMAZING! I have a pretty large piece (1/2 sleeve) that was done very very poorly. I had a few consults with tattoo artists on fixing or covering it up but every consult just left me feeling like the only way I would be truly happy is to start over. I started the removal of a pretty large colorful tattoo a few months ago, I've got a long way to go but I'm in good hands. I've since had two sessions. Right off the bat Blake was friendly, informative and even shared his own tattoo removal experience. I've only had one session so far with Blake removing a medium size calf/ankle tattoo and I'm very impressed. I could see it fading within a couple hours, I didn't even know that was possible. Now that's some serious work! Let's start with the service itself- Reset is located in a small building on the second or third floor (can't remember), the office is small and simple- but don't let the lack of decor or loud music turn you away- the quality of laser is more important than anything, I promise you. It is clear upon doing research and having an extensive consultation with Blake that the quality of laser takes priority- and why shouldn't it?! The excellent thing about Reset is all they do is tattoo removal so that is where their focus is. (I've had a laser procedure done at another place here in Vegas which I won't name, and it did nothing to my tattoo. It's just burned through my flesh and left me a scabbed and sore for a week.) The procedure itself was painful, that is something that you must realize going into this. However it is a quick procedure and depending on the size of your tattoo doesn't take more than a few minutes, much faster than getting a tattoo! Of course if you have a huge tattoo that you want removed, it will take longer, but that is for you and Blake to discuss. My particular removal was approximately two minutes. Afterwards, I didn't feel any pain at all, it was a little bit tender for about two weeks but that went away on its own. It also did get a little bit itchy which I was told to expect and that was just a minor annoyance. No big deal at all. It did not interfere with my every day life or keep me from doing anything that I normally do. (I know you're not supposed to soak in a tub or go swimming for the first week or two but that's for any laser treatment.) Needless to say I'm definitely going back to Blake for all of my laser tattoo removal needs. I have six tattoos that I want removed and he will be doing all of them. Thank God for tattoo removal! A few years back I got married to my childhood sweetheart, (which I thought would last forever) and to commemorate our love we decided to get matching tattoos with one of them being our "wedding bands"... I'm being treated by Blake at Reset Tattoo Removal for a black ink tattoo that covers the entirety of my inner forearm.  Blake has a great bedside manner, is easy to talk to, is very knowledgeable in his specialty, and is using the best technology available.  Amazingly, two days post-treatment #1, though a bit swollen, I have NO blisters whatsoever.  After researching laser tattoo removal extensively, this was a tattoo removal caveat that I was preparing myself for.  In fact, despite being told by Blake himself that I wouldn't experience blistering/broken skin in the consultation, I was still a bit skeptical, but no blisters which I'm super pleased about!  Additionally, I can already see a considerable difference in the shading of my tattoo, which makes me feel very optimistic about the results in the months to come.
