The express facial with dermaplane that I booked via Classpass was about 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and perfect if you're short on time. I walked out with such a fresh, glowing face! Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus. Inside, it's well-decorated with a clean, minimal aesthetic that feels calm and inviting. They always have little treats and candy out for customers, a nice touch. The treatment rooms and beds are very comfy, and everything is perfectly set up when you walk in. When I walked in I was greeted and checked in. I completed my paperwork and was off to get my brows shaped and tinted. It's been almost 3 years since I'd had microblading done but the shape is still there and Brennan used that as a guide to reshape my brows and then added tint. I let her choose the color since she's the expert and she did great! My brows look amazing! The lounge, salon, office? Not sure what to call it but it's bright and inviting. The front and the room we used were super clean. I was so comfortable and we had a great conversation while my treatment was being completed. I'd definitely recommend Laser Skin Lounge! Eight weeks to be exact. There were numerous inquiry calls made, messages left with no call-backs; rude receptionists; broken phone systems that automatically transferred me to various extensions leading somewhere beyond the galaxy; and an actual hang-up from a receptionist needing a pee break! I was becoming more and more anxious. For years, I had heard that a high percentage of Nevada doctors were rated very low on the medical scale, but was not prepared for it to be a reality after moving here. Anyway...on my umpteenth day of searching Yelp, RateMDs, Healthgrades and Zocdoc, etc., I finally found one of the best general surgeons! A cyst on my chest (aka: The Alien) was the culprit that led me to Dr. Citro. (I initially thought it could be taken care of by a dermatologist, but my Primary knew it was beyond that option, and a general surgeon was needed.) Dr. Citro was not only extremely professional, very good looking, and bakes a mean Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, he totally put me at ease with his knowledge and sense of humor. I especially appreciated his reassuring bedside manner, as I'm quite squeamish at the sight of a needle and scalpel - especially if I'm awake during a procedure. Except for the few little pricks of the numbing injection, there was nothing else to make me uneasy. Oh...did I mention he is Chief of Surgery at Mountain View Hospital? Thank you, Dr. Citro, for getting rid of The Alien - forever! Another extremely important bit of information: We have always believed that even an exceptional doctor is only as good as his office staff. I called the dermatologist office last Thursday and spoke to Prescott in their pharmacy department. I asked if he could send a prior authorization. The next day I called back to see if it had gone through and was advised that he thought the pharmacy would send the dermatologist office the prior authorization paperwork to fill out. I advised them no, that this office would need to fill it out. Prescott said he would call me back once the authorization was approved. I got a call back yesterday from Prescott asking if my address had changed to which I said no, it's the address for the insurance. He said he would put in the authorization yesterday and call me back. I called the office again today at 1:32 pm and left a message asking about this prior authorization paperwork. Again, the doctors and PAs are amazing, but there really is a disconnect in the back office.

The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up.
