I would leave a zero if I could. Dr Khorsandi botched my under eye surgery and left the liposuctioned fat streaming down my face instead of directly under my eye. My face is fat in the wrong areas. It's subsiding somewhat but directly under my eyes it's hollow and by my sinuses and below its fatter, totally changing my face to more of a square blob. He also botched my reconstructive breast surgery by failing to retrieve all of the poison from my old implants that broke open inside my breasts. I think he put one implant in sideways. It's not right. Plus the scars are horrible. When I went back to him he told me it was my problem and to get an exam on my own dime. He took no responsibility. Dr Khorsandi has to be the most negligent and incompetent plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. He did not follow through after our daughter's surgery even though she paid in full by cash and the insurance had paid him. Seems very unethical! His reason was that he was angry with me over a phone call we had and after I dropped by to talk to him regarding a payment issue. Afterwards, he said he was discharging my daughter although it was only one week post-op. Because of that, her nose collapsed! This caused her to start immediate medical attention from a Specialist in LA who is an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor! This physician had to remove some cartilage from her rib to rebuild her nose completely! This surgery was $26,000! It all could've been avoided! But, Dr Khorsandi was too quick plus he didn't care while he was performing her surgery, as a result, he removed too much cartilage from her nose (septum) but sadly he didn't know how to fix the problem after he created this mess! The truth is, it was easier for him to blame me and drop our daughter from his practice! He has other failed surgeries but he somehow manages to get them removed from apps like this one and Google. He gets his business by reviews alone and not his true reputation! His reputation is terrible! Do not believe the reviews as most are fake and written by his office staff and girlfriend. Sometimes you watch your diet and exercise regularly, but you still can't manage to change something about you that you just don't like. Here is where VIP comes in. My experience there was fantastic overall. Dr K is knowledgeable and personable, and you will definitely feel in good hands. He is a surgeon and an artist. I just got my explant from Dr. Khorsandi and he did an incredible job! My experience at this office was amazing. The staff are all very warm and sweet and the Dr. made me feel safe and taken care of. The office is very clean and glamorous feeling. My consultation was quick, got on the surgery schedule quickly, and everyone at the surgery center was really great too. The nurse who took my blood during my pre-op knew what she was doing, as I had barely any pain or bruising. Really wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Khorsandi on June 30th. Everything went well and he gave me recommendations for procedures. He told me that I would receive a call by the end of the day stating that his assistant would give me pricing and help me schedule the surgery date. It's been 3 WEEKS now and I haven't heard ANYTHING. I have sent email inquires and called multiple times to NO avail. I am always told that they will get back to me and that the scheduler is out of office for one reason or another. It honestly feels like I was scammed out of the $100 virtual consult money and I don't understand why. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting my procedures done by this office, but they can't even schedule an appointment for me or get back to me about pricing. The dr is amazing. I mean his bedside manner to his skill set Is all 100% top notch! All I had done was my lips a few years ago and I went in twice and got a full syringe each time. Surprisingly they are just now starting to fade away which has me ready to book another appointment. Thank God he is the first dr I went to and the only one I will go to so that I can continue to avoid ever getting botched. I just remember him studying my face and filling my lips according to how they were naturally and making them symmetrical with my face, at least I assume that's what he was doing because he took a minute to just look at me every so often and I completely trust him to make me look even better whenever I see him again. (Hopefully soon!) I have received countless compliments on my lips and most people think they are natural! Even tho I had 2 syringes. I think that's attributed to the fact he didn't just fill my lips just anywhere he really strategically placed the filler in my lips. i had a conversation with him about Botox as well and he gave me a recommendation to just get a little tiny bit to avoid any wrinkles he wasn't money hungry and pushing different procedures on me. I don't quite have the $ to go in yet. It's pretty expensive but you get what you pay for and I definitely won't take the cheap route when it comes to my face or body. I was very nervous to get this done because I have a fear of needles. Larry was very patient and understanding of that and also got me an ice pack to cool myself down. Updating my review from 2-stars to 3-stars, because the doctor personally reached out to me. I may try giving fillers another chance here, but maybe not anytime soon. I had two corrections with a different doctor, and my lips are much better, so I do feel as though it was a misstep in shaping. I appreciate his professionalism though, and as others have been so pleased with their results, I must assume I had a rare incident where my results weren't to the standard I wanted. Should I try fillers here again and get a better result, I will update the review. --- The doctor is straightforward, which I liked. I received Juvaderm in my lips. I wanted a more plump center, but my upper center was way overfilled and turned into a turtle beak. I look like Kris Jenner when she had a "big bite.When I went back for my 2 week, he said it looked fine and was probably still swollen. Two months go by, and it's still a beak and the upper border of my upper lip is lumpy. In pictures, it looks like a mustache because it raises the skin around the border of my mouth. I'm so self conscious and want to get it dissolved but I'm afraid to go back, so I'm just going to wait it out. I can't keep spending $600 in hopes things will get better. I've heard massaging can help dissolve but I don't know if it's already been a few months since injection. I've had Botox with him before, and that went fine, but these lips are seriously awful! read more

I am appalled! I called yesterday to schedule a consultation because I am having issues with my current implants. I was told I could not even schedule a consultation without filling out the entire new patient packet, send my drivers license and insurance card (which they don't even take insurance I found out after so that was misleading) and photos. I quickly got everything over to Yadira and scheduled my consultation because I was feeling pretty desperate and worried about my issue. I wasn't told until then that they don't even take insurance. I would have never even proceeded?! Today I get a text message from an unknown number. This kind person contacted me to let me know that she was a new patient as well and instead of receiving a new patient packet to fill out also, to schedule her own consultation, she received MY FILLED OUT packet! All of my personal information was on that email, my social security number, address, date of birth, even all of my Past medical history. I am a breast cancer patient and I have a ton of private information that was just sent out to cyberspace pretty much. I am humiliated and appalled. I am speechless. I called and spoke to the office manager, Patricia, but quite honestly didn't feel any better about the HIPAA violation. Not to mention it just seemed like she was just as clueless and unprofessional. I will have to go further with this because this is a HUGE issue clearly here. Went to VIP as they are one of the 3 places in all of Las Vegas certified to do the MIRADRY procedure - for hyperhidrosis (excessive under arm sweat) Doing my research they were definitely got the best reviews. The staff was nice and Melanie who performed the procedure was great. She took the time to explain everything over the phone before I came in so no surprises. Also very pleasant to talk to during a not so enjoyable procedure. The results are supposed to be instant and permanent. It is also supposed to have a bonus of inadvertently working as a hair removal procedure. For the first time since middle school my underarms were dry - I was ecstatic. Unfortunately... This is my first time getting anything done. I decided to get a long-awaited lip filler. My lips weren't something I was really self-conscious about ,but I had always wanted to get a little plumper in my top lip. When I called to make the appointment I explained to them that it was my first time doing anything and that I would need a little consultation before we started doing injections. When I arrived to the facility everyone was nice the waiting room was very lovely and they greeted me with saying so you're here for Juvederm? When I explain to them that I did not know which kind of filler I was getting because it was my first time they looked a little confused and said okay. They put me in a room and said for me to wait for the doctor. I waited for about 30 minutes while a nurse came in and out getting supplies. when the doctor came in I had less of a consult and more of an education lesson in what Juvederm is. when I asked the difference between Juvederm and Restylane he pretty much just told me that I wanted Juvederm. They numbed me injected me and sent me on my way with an ice pack. Well I'm thrilled with the results and that is most of what you are looking for in this kind of thing. I'm very disappointed with the experience. I was not told what to do before or after I got lip injections. They do not tell me how long to ice them for that I should not take any kind of blood thinners because it would increase bruising, or thst i would be so swollen that i would look a little crazy for a day or two. I had to look all of these things up on my own and thank goodness I did. So would I come back here, probably only because I know that they do a good job, but I will not be expecting any sort of instructions on how to care for what has been done. Dr. Khorsandi helped me remove a keloid (scar tissue) that had lingered from a previous procedure done by a different doctor when I had to remove a lipoma on my forehead. I was anxious about getting surgery done again and seeing a new doctor, but he advised that it wasn't necessary and all I needed was some medication to be injected into my forehead scar. He made me feel very comfortable through out the whole process and went out of his way to ensure I understood my options and what to expect during and after the procedure. I have waited almost 4 years to write this review. Upon meeting with this doctor I was confident that I had chosen the right one. I spent over 13k for my procedure. I simply just wanted fat to go into my hip dips and not my Butt. I was under for almost 4 hours and when I woke that is when the true trauma set in. Upon going home I felt fine but as soon as the drugs wore off I was in excruciating shooting stinging pain all over my body-this last lasted for about four months. I also had developed tinnitus (ringing in the ears) that lasted for over a year and a half I thought it would never go away. Later I found out that one of the drugs Dr Khorsandi prescribed to me was known to cause side effects such as TINNITUS. Imagine hearing constant banging and ringing. It was so loud I thought it was my neighbors... only to find out it was in my head. As if this all wasn't bad enough.... once the swelling went down the true horror set in. My butt was lopsided-uneven and one cheek was bigger than the other. I came back and brought this to his attention and he recommended sculptra shots to fix the damage.... oh and I also had to pay another $5000. Now I'm $18k in at this point in time. I remember him making a joke that when lying down my butt looked perfect and too bad we couldn't just have people carry me around on a table lying down! It looked better, but now my butt was HUGE. I went from having the most perfect butt and I simply wanted a curve.... to having a HUGE lopsided butt. The sculptra wore off quick and honestly It was a waste of 5k. Now let's talk about my stomach. My stomach is uneven, dented, with visible scar tissue and most importantly I have PAIN ALL OVER MY BODY AND INFLAMATION PROBLEMS. I have been in SO MUCH PAIN since the surgery and it has been almost 4 YEARS. My intentions are not to bash this doctor but I feel it's important that I finally speak out because it has honestly ruined my life. I am devastated. I am depressed. And most importantly I haven't worn a bikini sense. I spent 18K for a nice doctor to ruin my body. I also know of other women who have not spoken out that I know personally that this doctor botched as well with liposuction. I hope this review can help people understand the risks that they are taking because I was so confident in this doctor and he totally ruined my body. I should've just worked out and did squats and accepted my body for what it was. Overall I am delighted with my experiences at VIP Plastic Surgery. I had my procedure in June 2021, and the results are very promising. Dr. Chris and the team are all friendly and reachable. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Korsandhi a little over a year ago. Not only did he charge me $9000 but my insurance ended up covering the entire surgery because I had a deviated septum. I had another doctor look at my nose and he said it appears that Korsandhi took too much of the bone off on the left side and not enough on the right. I came here to get rid of my acne scars. Doctor told me to do Fractora, minimum 3 treatments. He said 2-3 days down time! I was like perfect!!! I paid $3000 for 3 treatments. First treatment with Sarah went smooth and nice. My second treatment was done by Melanie. It was very painful for some reason, she only did my forehand and I told her I can't handle the pain anymore. Melanie said she can't let me go with my half face done. She kind of got upset with me and she was saying she does celebrities and all the casinos wife. She has so many years of experience. She lower the setting, but it was still super painful and believe me I'm pretty strong I had 2 CO2 lasers done before, but this pain was awful. Also she was talking how Sarah is less experienced than her and all that stuff. I didn't sleep for 2 nights my face was on fire! After 2 weeks I had a follow up with Melanie. She pulled up my file from 2 years ago and looked at me like are you here for skincare consultation and I was like we did Fractora 2 weeks ago and I'm here for follow up! Are you kidding me?! I told her I have more scars after the treatment. She didn't even look at me and she told me let's do Fraxel laser and it will be improved by 50-75%. I agreed, but in my head I knew I don't want Melanie to touch my face. I went back to see Sarah. She did agree I have some marks left after Fractora and she offered me a free Fraxel laser to fix it. We did it, but I still not happy with a result and I don't want to go back there for them to fix it. I asked for my money back, because I had a horrible experience with treatments and with a drama that they have. I don't care, I came there for the service that wasn't done right and I don't want Melanie to get paid for what she had done to my face. Now they want me to go back there and take a picture and see if she did in fact make my skin worse!!! Why Sarah didn't take a picture of my face when I came after Melanie's treatment? If there was nothing wrong with my face, why Sarah offered me a free treatments to fix it after Melanie. Of course I will go and take a picture to compare before and after, even if I feel uncomfortable to go back there. I also have a picture to show them. I came there to fix the scars I had. I didn't come there to get new scars and then let them to fix it!!! It's very simple! I want my $1000 back for the treatment that was done by Melanie. You have to understand these procedures are very painful and heeling time it's not easy, so I'm not going back there for another free treatments!!! read more

This review is for the staff and the doctors lack of communication. Booked my appointment well over a week in advance. When I realized I was going to be late to my consult I had the common courtesy to call and let them know. My consult was for 2:30. I arrived at 2:32. Was instructed to fill out my paperwork. So I did. Took me a solid 6 minutes. I asked for a copy of the cancellation policy which they gave me. I was walked back to the consultation room at 2:43. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. I'm waiting mind you without a top on. Just a satin robe in a chilly room. I hear the doctor go in and out of multiple rooms. Have small talk, joke with other people but NEVER came into my room. 22 minutes later. I get dressed and walk out of the room. As I walk out one of his aids tells me " oh he was just coming to your room". I tell her I'm leaving. If I wanted an appointment for 3 that's what I would have made it for. Conveniently the doctor walks out at the same time and asks her what's going on. I walk away from both of them towards the front desk. I ask fit my chart back and they inform me they are not allowed to give me my own chart per HIPA laws (bs). They try to explain someone came in with complications and that's why I was left sitting in the room. That's completely fine if that's true but the bare minimum would be to properly communicate that and not just leave me sitting there. They ask me again to go back for the consult and I refuse. I have to go get my child and I'm not going to go back and forth with them. Overall negative experience. You'd think a doctor who doesn't accept insurance would treat cash paying customers with basic respect. But I guess not. So I'll take my 9k and go elsewhere. If you don't have basic communication skills why would I want to hand over my hard earned money. I'll pass. read more
