I got a hydrafacial from Irene (@irenechau.esthetics on IG) and it was AAHH.MAY.ZING! Life changing. So necessary and I can't wait to do it again. I'm a recent football mom so I spend lots of time outdoors. I *just recently* started wearing sunscreen, using a hat, and using an umbrella but the skin damage is already done. Irene was great and she took her time to help me relax and enjoy the experience. She would do this thing where she'd tap my shoulders first, and then apply lotions to my face to get me prepped for the facial. No verbal cues, just the touch. My eyes were closed most of the time so this was such a smart way to give me notice that she was going to touch my face. I wasn't ever shocked or taken aback by this sudden pressure. The procedure itself took an hour because Irene was training with an instructor and about 4 other employees were sitting in on the service. I have no issues with being a test subject. Every professional has to start somewhere and I'm glad to take part of their journey. Their instructor asked if I had any concerns and I mentioned to her that the tops of my cheeks were irritated (probably due to the changing weather). Irene made sure to avoid those areas when applying the salicylic acid. But everywhere else on my face was free game. Here's what was so special about this service. I've had facials before and I sometimes have to brace myself for pain when their instruments get closer to my nose or mouth areas. Due to the hydrafacial technology, I never once had even a small prick of pain. The machine makes loud noises but once I mentally figured out how to block it out, the rest of the treatment was smooth sailing. I don't know which boosters Irene used on me. All I know is that my skin was getting a big drink of water every time she placed the instrument against my face. It was like a very gentle sucking feeling which was surprisingly so pleasant. After Irene rendered the service she handed me a mirror and me oh my,, I felt like a brand new person. I almost didn't recognize myself. My face looked so clean, bright and youthful. My complexion looked so much more even and my pores were noticeably smaller. When my 9yo daughter saw me later that day she said I looked so different but she couldn't pinpoint what it was. I couldn't tell her it was from a hydrafacial. She's such a girly girl, she most likely would ask me to take her to get one too :/ I went to an event 2 nights later and when I applied my makeup I swear my powder looked airbrushed on. My face looked so smooth. My only regret is that I wish I asked Irene to show me what she removed from my skin. I wish I got to see how much gunk came off so it could give me even greater motivation to come back for another treatment. Thanks so much to Irene for making me look shiny and new. ~Cue Madonna. Extremely overpriced! First time i went i got a lip filler and Botox. Dr. Engineer is a plastic surgeon assumed his work would be extraordinary so i didn't mind paying for great work but When everything settle in. I got the same results as any other place I've gone to. I've been getting Botox for years and I've never gotten 100 units. I'm Asian and was shocked that he used 100 units. I don't know where he put that. I've always gotten 50 units. I was thinking maybe it will last longer. So I very was disappointed when i had to go back 4 1/2 months later. I paid $1600. My Alle account gave me discount pricing on my Botox so i don't want Dr. Engineer office to get credit for that. I still had filler left over from my last appointment. So I made an appointment to use the last of it and got Botox. I asked them if they had any specials or if there were specials coming up. If they did i would wait. 2 weeks later they ran a special for $250 off. They charged me $600 for my Botox which is $12 a unit. (50 units) which is what i always get not 100! So i don't understand why he gave me 100 the first time. $250 is big discount!! I really felted cheated. I asked them if they can ask they doctor if they can honor the price because i did ask about the specials a head of time and use the remaining balance towards something else. Which i would of gladly paid full price for. They could of kept a customer happy and satisfied. Instead they lost a customer. They transferred me to 3 different people and finally i talked to Daniel and he said NO! I had already bought 3 of the Specials. I said cancel everything i bought. Daniel said "so you want to cancel your $7 a unit Botox" I said YES and i won't be coming back. You can charge me $2 a unit. At this point it was the principal. I work in the night life industry with 60+ girls and word of mouth goes a long way. There are hundreds med spa all over vegas and Competition is fierce. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Before you try to twist my yelp review to benefit your company. These are the facts. I should't have to feel cheated. None of your customers should feel this way and i was disappointed you did not try to resolve the situation to keep a customer. I had a breast augmentation three weeks ago with Dr. Engineer this was my second breast augmentation and I'm really happy I went here. I had 460cc saline in previously and upgraded to 700cc silicone gel mentors. Love my new breasts I can totally tell the difference the new implants are so much more comfortable and they look so much better then my previous breast augmentation. I was recommended to see Dr. Nitin Engineer by my general practioner in Summerlin to fix my carpul tunnel on both hands. My 1st surgery was done in September and my second Feb 10th. After such success with no scaring after the first surgery and the professionalism, not to mention kindness of the entire staff, I chose to get my breast implants removed and replaced here too, after a lot of research! I'm now 6 days out and 2 follow up appts down and I couldn't be more pleased by the results. Dr. Engineer and his team are top notch! I fell and fractured my wrist in two places. I was told I needed surgery. Owning my own small business and knowing I would be out even longer with an extra added expense of surgery I called and asked if I could get a cast instead. My first visit, I was lead into room with state of art X-ray machine. We put my hand on the table and I saw my fractures together w my technician in real time, so I understood where my fractures were. I was then led back to hand room and got my cast put on. I had 3 follow up appointments and each time got my wrist x-rayed to see the progression. I finally got my cast off ! Dr Engineer gave me an exercise to do daily and had me come back 1 month after my cast was off to see how my progress went. My last x-Ray showed that my bones were healed without the surgery yay!! I will have to say, I was taken each time at my exact appointment time. The whole staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I liked my reminder texts :) and ....... Hands down the best all around experience I've ever had in any Plastic Surgery Office. The entire staff is so wonderful! Dr. Engineered was a fantastic doctor. He explained exactly what was the pain in my right hand. Before deciding that I needed surgery, he first had me get a nerve conduction test on my right hand. After I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, he explained the procedures of the surgery for my right hand and I went ahead with the surgery. The recovery time was about 2 months.
