My experience here pertains to injectables, to which I'll leave it at that. First interaction was with Diane, the Patient Coordinator, who helped me understand if what I was looking for was a good option with Dr. Hayley Brown. She is extremely friendly and personable, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my options. At the end of our conversation, I felt much more confident about my options and what I wanted to do. I went ahead and scheduled my consultation/injection appointment that day. (I then also met Kirsten and Rochelle, who were both SO sweet and helpful with me during the whole process. OFFICE: Desert Hills Plastic Surgery is located within the Del Webb Medical Office Building, that has ample parking in the adjacent parking garage. Their waiting area is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, with a beautiful chandelier, paneled ceiling, lush couch, and soft, inviting lighting. You wouldn't think you were anywhere near a medical office building. The rest of their office is clean and professional. I was brought to one of the procedure rooms which was prepped ahead of time. Dr. Hayley Brown herself is fantastic. Her level of knowledge and expertise was immediately evident, and I always felt confident and comfortable enough to ask questions. I felt she took my opinions seriously and helped me to come up with a game plan we both supported. I was a first-time injectable patient, so perhaps my nerves were showing, but she helped me feel very comfortable, helped me know what to expect before, during, and after, and always made sure I was comfortable. I called into the office because I wanted to schedule an appointment with the DR. Since my implants are textured gummy. No, they're not the recalled brand. But they are still textured and I am having health issues. The secretary said I would need to pay the office visit of $200. Now keep in mind that I'm a patient. Dr Brown sold me on these textured gummy implants when I had them put in 2015. But now that I'm having issues I'm being told that I need to pay even more money just for a visit?! I'll never go back here. Also she gave me the worst drain scars. They're a circle shape which they shouldn't be. She also is jumping on the bad wagon of Bii but in 2020 was saying implants didn't prove to cause illness. I'd say look for another surgeon. read more

Dr. Brown is a butcher. She did my breast reduction many years ago and sliced me unnecessary all the way around through the center of both my breasts. My nipples are all distorted and the scars are horrible. I have been self conscious ever since, and I have never been the same. I inquired about a breast reduction, and I received a call within a few hours of submitting an inquiry on their website. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and providing me all the information I was looking for in terms of cost, the length of the surgery and the results. I was only inquiring about information and I still wanted to book a consultation, but the person on the phone basically said that I should call them back to schedule a consult once I am serious about the surgery. Which is ridiculous because I was willing to pay for the consultation out of pocket. But whatever. And to top it off, the woman on the phone told me that my BMI was too high and that I needed to consider losing weight prior to my surgery to avoid complications. Which I could understand for somebody who is medically obese but I am very short at 5'2 and in order for me to lose weight I would have to starve myself to death so definitely not what I wanted to hear and left a sour taste in my mouth, they obviously have a lot of business and don't really want mine so I'll take it elsewhere . About three years ago menopause took over my body. I tried everything to get my pre-menopause body back with no luck. I exercise regularly and eat extremely healthy and child size portions, with no results. So for my 50th birthday I asked my husband to give me the ultimate birthday present and help pay for me to get liposuction. I live in the Las Vegas area, so there are no shortage of plastic surgeons, but I really didn't want to get a botched procedure. So I did a ton of research and chose three surgeons to meet. All offer free consultation, so on my birthday my husband and I met with all three. I met with Dr. Haley Brown last and she was by far the most positive and thorough with her questions of what I wanted and what I expected. She was very blunt with what she could do and how the results would look. She was so honest, and didn't promise anything that she could not deliver. It is obvious she loves what she does and she does it well. She said she was going to be very aggressive and get all of the fat out as much as she could with as few incisions as she could. Everyone in her office is friendly, courteous and sweet. There was no pressure in any way to have anything else done. They are all very professional and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I had the surgery six weeks ago and I look amazing! Still a bit tender and need to massage the scar tissue out in a few areas, but I feel awesome and look great in my thin clothes again! I will be packing up a lot of my fat clothes to give away! This is probably a bit preemptive, as I am less than a week out of breast augmentation surgery. However, I feel like I know what I want to say, and want to say it already. I'm not a touchy/feely person, and I like cold hard facts with detailed explanations. I get a lot of people don't, and I get that Dr. Brown is incredibly good at conveying facts in a way that doesn't make you feel like a science project. But, for me, I have to commend her versatility in not being locked into that style either. If I wanted data, she was able to give it. Once she got my way of communicating, she had no trouble presenting facts, figures, stats, and descriptions of any process or structure that would influence my outcome or its longevity. I VERY MUCH appreciated (and needed) that. When I took my surgical bra off for the first time I could have done a happy dance (if it didn't violate movement restrictions, and if I wasn't on Percocet). Even 24 hours after surgery, I could tell that my breasts were going to look EXACTLY the way I had invisioned when I first seriously considered the operation. I had thought about shape, and believed a moderate profile was probably what would cause the result I wanted. Dr. Brown recommended a high profile. But, she was able to explain exactly why this would look better on MY body, with my current breast shape, with MY diaphragm, etc. When she enters the room she is upbeat and friendly, but when she looked at my breasts, I saw her attention completely focus. I could tell she was THINKING about what would look best on ME. That, and the ample evidence of her experience, was really all I needed to know about her to know she would do good work.
