I'm posting this review on behalf of my mother, because she doesn't have a yelp account, but she was so upset after her last visit with Dr. Haworth, I asked her to write down her experience so that I could post it on her behalf. My parents paid $1,500 each to become patients of Dr. Haworth's practice and to receive "concierge" service, which they assumed to mean access to care and being treated with respect. Well, this is what my mom got for her $1,500. In May 2021, she suffered a transient ischemic attack (TIA), also called a mini-stroke. The day after she was released from the hospital, a Thursday, she tried to reach Dr. Haworth because she had several questions about what she needed to do next, especially because the people at the hospital gave her several recommendations that were time-critical. My mother was told by the office staff that Dr. Haworth would see her the following Monday and she could not talk to her. Mom was frightened and needed some reassurance that she didn't need to do anything until she saw Dr. Haworth, who made herself completely unavailable. When Mom sent a note asking to speak to her, Dr. Haworth called her and berated her for calling after business hours. When Mom finally did see her on Monday, Dr. Haworth spoke to her like a recalcitrant child and said if she didn't like it, she could find another doctor. What medical professional does that?!? read more
