The scars are thick, about half an inch all around my nose, and I'm permanently disfigured. During the surgery, while I was heavily medicated and unable to move, he completely lost control of his temper. I assume his girlfriend/assistant and him were arguing. He was screaming and stomping his feet while picking up a scalpel. I just laid there crying, terrified, but too drugged to do anything. No patient should ever be put through this type of trauma while in surgery. To make matters worse, his girlfriend...who also assists him , reeked of cigarette smoke which made me nauseous throughout the whole surgery. She even shared disturbing stories with me about the doctor and her romance over the years. Details that should never be shared with a patient. I was surrounded by chaos and tension instead of professionalism. He refused to even refund my money after leaving me botched and disfigured. it's embarrassing to be in public. This wasn't just bad results...it was reckless, dangerous, and traumatizing. No one deserves what happened to me. People need to know the truth before they make the same mistake.

It seems a little late in life because I'm 47, but my kids are all grown, I just got married and this is the very first thing I have ever "selfishly" done for myself...and I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results!!! I'm a thicker sized girl (5'2 and I weigh 160lbs) and I went from having very small breasts (small B if that) to getting 550cc implants. I am now a cup size D/DD. I have always battled with my self-esteem...I either felt over-weight, or I didn't feel sexy enough or feminine enough in clothing that should have made me feel pretty. You could tell me that man kicks puppies in his spare time and I don't think I'd believe you even if I wanted to. He seems very happy with his career choice and to help others. It was appreciated as a scared patient. I can't recommend enough that patients book with him specifically. My partner told me how kind he was to her and that she had a great experience as well. I got both a shave removal and a small spot frozen with liquid nitrogen. Both didn't feel great, but they tried to be honest with me about the sensations and it wound up being not nearly as bad as I had built it up to be over the years. My only issue is that I didn't come sooner. If you want to do multiple things at an appointment, be up front with the assistant about it. You may need to book separate ones depending on the issues, but Tina was able to squeeze in a second for the doctor to handle a second small problem spot for me at my appointment. It was nice of her to do so, as she explained that sometimes things have to be billed separately for insurance purposes or for the sake of their time to see as many patients as they can. Billing was explained to me well by Candice, so I also appreciated the front desk and the ease of everything there, as well. I'm happily surprised everything felt seamless and easy. She treated it very aggressively as seborrheic dermatitis, with ketoconazole cream twice daily and ketoconazole shampoo every other day for 10 minutes, including use around the face. I followed the regimen closely for about a month and unfortunately saw no improvement at all. My scalp and hair also became noticeably dry during that period. At my follow-up, despite the lack of response, the conversation quickly moved toward an autoimmune workup and a fairly assertive recommendation for a skin biopsy to rule out discoid lupus. I was not comfortable proceeding without another opinion. I subsequently saw another dermatologist who approached the condition very differently, focusing on chronic inflammation and skin-barrier dysfunction rather than fungus. She prescribed a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ointment, and within days the eyelid flaking stopped. Within a few weeks, I was nearly flake-free and even the redness and discoloration began improving. I'm sharing this because I wish there had been more reconsideration of the original diagnosis before escalating to biopsy. My experience reinforced how important it can be to get a second opinion when a treatment is not working.
