Because of these persistent confirmations, I physically called out of my shift at work to make sure I could attend, completely losing out on my wages for the day. When I called the office, I was told my appointment was canceled and pushed to next year. They do not know why they kept sending me reminders. For a premium clinic that charges thousands of dollars for surgical procedures, having a broken and misleading reminder system is completely unacceptable. It shows a total disregard for patients' time, careers, and income. If they cannot manage a basic scheduling calendar, I do not trust them with my healthcare. From my very first consultation, everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The pricing was very fair, especially considering I had an extended abdominoplasty, liposuction, and a fat transfer to my buttocks (BBL). Scheduling my surgery was simple, and before my procedure I had another appointment where every detail was reviewed, including what to expect during recovery and everything I needed to do beforehand. I was especially impressed by how proactive the team was. They arranged my cardiac clearance, blood work, started me on antibiotics, and made sure I had all of my medications before surgery, which made the entire experience much less stressful. My surgical package also included an overnight nurse, my compression garment (faja), and all follow-up appointments, which added tremendous value. The on-site surgical center is beautiful, modern, and state of the art. When I saw my results on the very first day after surgery, I was absolutely stunned. Even while wearing my compression garment, my lower hanging belly was completely gone. The emotions and joy I felt are impossible to put into words. During the first two weeks of recovery, I had several follow-up appointments, and every member of the staff was caring, patient, and accommodating. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I could email or call, and Natasja always responded quickly with reassurance and support. We had one small scheduling mix-up, but the staff resolved it immediately and made the situation completely stress-free. I also had lymphatic massages with Lindsey, and she was absolutely amazing. She made such a difference in my recovery and was wonderful to work with. I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Smith and his incredible team. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail and sense of humor made this an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty performed by Dr. Smith in late 2019. This is my honest account…read moreof my experience. I have nothing to gain or lose by sharing it. Dr. Smith & his anesthesiologist were excellent. I remember telling Dr. Smith after surgery, "Your anesthesiologist was amazing." He replied, "Good. He better be, because I pay him a lot of money." I told him the anesthesiologist deserved a bonus. That part of my experience could not have gone more smoothly. Unfortunately, my experiences with several members of the staff have stayed with me to this day. Immediately before surgery, a staff member appeared extremely nervous while attempting several times to start my IV. I normally have no difficulty with IVs and have a high pain tolerance, but her visible anxiety and constant apologizing made me increasingly anxious & almost physically sick. Thankfully, the anesthesiologist stepped in & successfully placed it immediately. My first appointment after surgery affected me the most. I had just endured one of the worst nights of sleep of my life because my nose was tightly packed. I was in tremendous pain & doing everything I could to hold myself together in the waiting area. Two staff members were laughing loudly & joking with each other in the back. That did not initially bother me because I was simply trying to manage my pain. However, when I was called into the room, they remained in the same playful mood & began speaking to me in an exaggerated, babyish voice. They explained that they were going to remove the packing & give me a "mustache," referring to the gauze beneath my nose. They repeatedly told me in that same babyish voice that I was going to "have a mustache for a while." I felt mocked, patronized, & humiliated. I was an adult recovering from major surgery & in significant pain. I simply needed to be treated calmly & respectfully. Instead, I remained silent & answered only by nodding when necessary. When the packing was removed from the right side of my nose, the pain was unbearable. I felt intense pain travel through my nose & around my eyes, along with a distinct sensation that something had shifted or been knocked out of place. The pain continued afterward. The packing on the other side came out easily. I immediately began crying. Only after they saw me crying did their demeanor change and they begin speaking to me appropriately. As I continued caring for my nose during recovery, I could see that my septum appeared significantly bent to one side. I was devastated because I had specifically paid to have a septoplasty along with the rhinoplasty. I cannot know with certainty what caused it. I do not know whether the septoplasty did not heal as intended, whether there was a surgical complication, or whether something was affected when the packing was removed. However, because of the extreme pain & the sensation of something shifting during the nasal packing removal, I have always believed that something may have happened at that appt. The first time I brought the issue to Dr. Smith's attention, my nose was still healing & the area was covered with what I was told was scar tissue. He initially said everything was fine. At a later appointment, he examined it again & acknowledged that the septum was bent to one side. I tried to explain what I had experienced during the packing removal, but I never received a clear explanation. I felt dismissed & as though no one believed me. Eventually, I began accepting that this might simply be my new normal. I had another disappointing experience when my external cast was removed. The staff member handed me a mirror and excitedly told me, "Don't look at it yet!" She seemed determined to create a dramatic reveal. Internally, I was furious. I had spent more than $10,000 on a rhinoplasty & septoplasty, was already concerned about my septum, & had been waiting to see the result of my own surgery. I did not appreciate being told when I was allowed to look at my own face so that someone else could enjoy my reaction. When she finally gave me "permission" to look, I briefly glanced at my nose, handed the mirror back, & simply said, "I'm good." Seeing my nose for the first time should have been my moment, & I did not want anyone to take that away from me. That is my honest experience. I still do not know exactly what happened with my septum, but it remains visibly bent to one side (I still believe something happened during the nasal packing removal). More than anything, I wish my concerns had been taken seriously & that I had received a clear explanation. Externally, my nose is beautiful, & I am happy with its overall appearance. Dr. Smith did excellent cosmetic work. His anesthesiologist was also outstanding. Unfortunately, the way I was treated by certain members of the postoperative staff, along with the unresolved result of my septoplasty, continues to overshadow what otherwise could have been a very positive experience.

Absolutely a rock star on fillers and Botox! I have never had such a pristine job done like this. Hands down, he is the best of the best. I get complements constantly! His staff is amazing. They are friendly and efficient. Dr. Miller is personable, not arrogant and addresses all my questions with patience and is thorough. I fell in love with this place. Hello laser lipo. I've got it scheduled next month and I will update at that time. I have every confidence that I'm going to be impressed. 9/12/15 So I got smartlipo on my thighs yesterday. I had the big thunder thighs AKA saddle bags. It was an in office procedure that you are wide awake for. However I got meds and Dr. Miller numbed the areas first. I'm sore today but I'm totally functional. The procedure was nothing like I feared it would be. It's way more gentle than traditional liposuction. I'm ultra impressed with both Dr. Miller and his staff. Dr. Miller is very personable and takes the time to explain everything. He talked me through the whole process making sure I was comfortable. I am swollen but I can see the dramatic difference. In addition to this method of lipo being more kind, he also can do skin tightening with the laser at the same time. This is not an option with traditional liposuction. I can't wait to see my final healed results. I'm sure they will be amazing. 9/22/15 My smartlipo is looking amazing. There is some bruising left but it's mostly gone now. Yesterday I had Dr. Miller replace implants I just had put in about a year ago by another surgeon. They were lacking the fulness I needed and we suspected a deflation of the right implant as it was much smaller than the right. I was really bummed out to have to get another breast job so soon. It was a blessing in disguise. I just had the surgery yesterday and already I am happy with the results. Dr. Miller recommend a high profile implant and the shape is amazing. My breasts have never looked this good. I have to say that Dr. Miller is the best breast and body plastic surgeon. I'm very happy with my results on all procedures. Dr Miller has all the qualities that make a plastic surgeon to stand out among many other good surgeons as well . Let's start with his bedside manners : He makes you feel at ease instantly and makes you comfortable with ones own opinion and listens very carefully to the patient's chief concern . He also guides you through the consultation in order to make the right decision on the treatment plan . I had Juvederm injection with him during the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. He numbs you very well with a special gel prior to injection plus he offers a product that has anesthetic in it as well . His technique is so incredible you hardly feel any discomfort. He analyses your face so well that the results are very symmetrical and subtle that the end result is a refresh younger look . I went in for a lip lift and Dr Mitchell took so much that I now almost look like I have a cleft…read morelip. It's uneven, badly scarred, and there's no room left for revision. The scars are thick, about half an inch all around my nose, and I'm permanently disfigured. During the surgery, while I was heavily medicated and unable to move, he completely lost control of his temper. I assume his girlfriend/assistant and him were arguing. He was screaming and stomping his feet while picking up a scalpel. I just laid there crying, terrified, but too drugged to do anything. No patient should ever be put through this type of trauma while in surgery. To make matters worse, his girlfriend...who also assists him , reeked of cigarette smoke which made me nauseous throughout the whole surgery. She even shared disturbing stories with me about the doctor and her romance over the years. Details that should never be shared with a patient. I was surrounded by chaos and tension instead of professionalism. He refused to even refund my money after leaving me botched and disfigured. it's embarrassing to be in public. This wasn't just bad results...it was reckless, dangerous, and traumatizing. No one deserves what happened to me. People need to know the truth before they make the same mistake.

It seems a little late in life because I'm 47, but my kids are all grown, I just got married and this is the very first thing I have ever "selfishly" done for myself...and I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results!!! I'm a thicker sized girl (5'2 and I weigh 160lbs) and I went from having very small breasts (small B if that) to getting 550cc implants. I am now a cup size D/DD. I have always battled with my self-esteem...I either felt over-weight, or I didn't feel sexy enough or feminine enough in clothing that should have made me feel pretty. I battled with making outfits look nicer on a body where my stomach was bigger than my breasts...and when I did lose a ton of weight the first things to get even smaller, were my boobs.
