Monica is truly a cold hearted woman! I told her my car broke down and that I had to reschedule. She showed no indication of being understanding and told me I'd still have to pay the cancellation fee. She stated there are still ways to get there. When I spoke to Peter Wolf about it he brought up that restaurants do cancellations fees as well. So insensitive for him to bring that up as if it's some sort of comparison. He clearly only cares about money and not his patients. I refuse to go back there again! read more

I've been coming to Dr. Gunter since 2017 and he's awesome! Super nice guy, funny, cares about patients. Makes each visit quick and easy. Makes you feel comfortable and always makes you laugh. The entire staff is kind and takes good care of you! Minimal wait times for the most part and they listen to your concerns. First, we love Dr Wolff. He is great. He listens and is very pleasant. The reason for the 2 stars is the office people. Overall, the ladies are friendly. However, when it comes to filling up prescriptions and sending it over to the pharmacy, it is a mess. The Rx does not get send over. It is very difficult to get someone to return phone calls. It can get very frustrating. The office manager needs to fix this. read more

My first visit a month ago went well. The PA told me to throw out all the creams I had been using since they expired - although they still were working. He suggested I fill one script because "it was the best." It did not work and in fact made my skin worse. So, today I had an appointment and was hoping he would recommend something that might work. I was taken into the waiting room exactly on time. When I asked for the door to remain open a bit, I was told they couldn't due to privacy rules. What privacy? I wasn't worried about it for myself and said if the door had to be kept closed I would leave. On the way out I asked again why I couldn't "waive" my privacy. The BS I was told was it the privacy of the other patients. Apparently there privacy wasn't impaired when they would walk in and out through the waiting room. I don't put up with stupid make up rules. Once a business of any kind loses a customer, they can never recoup the loss of income. I won't return. read more

Peter Wolff continues to be such an amazing, effective, highly knowledgeable dermatologist with such an empathetic approach. He shares a bit of knowledge with me at every visit, and I am so grateful to be under his care. I never feel rushed even though the waiting room is always packed with patients. Wait times are minimal for such a busy practice with such wonderful clinicians. Because I have to disrobe for examination and treatment of my condition, Peter Wolff makes sure I am comfortable and my privacy is respected in every way. I felt this way under Dr. Gunther at this same practice also. Such classy, great docs! The office and treatment rooms are pristine, including the waiting room. The front office staff is wonderful, and the medical assistants are outstanding. I have great insurance now, but there was a period of time when I was uninsured and was not turned away. Having recently moved cross country into a vastly different element all while attempting to get adjusted to a not so regular work schedule, my skin was beginning to show it. Being a medical provider myself, I keep my routine simple and structured but know when to rely on a specialist for some much needed skin R&R. This review is solely for Deb Vu, the PA and primary provider at this office and her ancillary staff. I've never met Dr. Gunther, nor do I plan to after having met Deb, who I consider to be an effective provider and is trained, licensed and credentialed to practice out of this office. In my derm provider, I look for the following attributes: inquisitive, compassionate, no frills practice style and a preventive focus. Deb was all encompassing of these attributes and more. She took an ample amount of time to get to know me, my concerns and understand my life style. She was understanding of the fact that my schedule doesn't allow me to have a traditional day and night routine and that we would need to work around this for success. She suggested a chemical peel would be the way to go and I was happy to learn it was to be in office without the lavish facial component that would up my cost. Finally for long term goals, she took the time to navigate my retin-a regimen for optimal anti-aging results. I found scheduling to be very easy and I was able to get in the day after I called which was also a plus. The staff consisting of Monica, Christina and Kayla was also very kind and accommodating. I was receiving a chemical peel for the first time and so Monica took the time to explain what I can expect, do's and don'ts after the service and when to return for my next one. The office is spacious and welcoming, located on the second floor of the office building structure. Parking is ample and the establishment is very close to the Dignity Health Hospital campus. How do you cancel someones appt when theyre there in office bc theyre PA is not contracted with your insurance . Ive been there before and the scheduler should have known before placing the appt with that PA . When i got in office , girl at front desk claims someone called me yesterday . Great results and great staff. I came to see them for varios concerns and they've helped with everything. I love that they're fast I'm in and out quickly, and never feel rushed. They always ask if there is anything else i want to address and always let me bring up new concerns. Nelly is who I like to do my injections as I believe she has a better hand. Minimal pain with her. She is so gentle and social. Talks to me during the procedures and keeps me distracted while they do their thing. The only challenge I've encounter is getting a hold of them over the phone, but I assume it's because they're so busy. So I try to schedule new visits before I leave from the current visit. I have left voice messages before when I need to cancel or reschedule and they do call back, not quickly but they do call back. Overall I feel confident that the Dr Cyril is who treats me. read more

I went to this clinic yesterday to get a crusty patch on my arm checked out. I saw Peter Wolff, a certified nurse practitioner, who took a biopsy. In addition, he removed a stubborn flat cyst on my forehead. Both incisions were performed expertly and with an abundance of concern for my comfort. I found the staff to be very congenial and professional. I felt covid-safe in this rather small suite, but it would be great if they had more protection behind the door for the receptionist.....maybe a plexiglass separation to deflect any potential covid molecules. read more

This office isn't on my insurance but the particular place I have to go to, hasn't been dealing with my issue and didn't seem too concerned if I was taken care of or not and I'm not too thrilled with them. Don't go to Jeffrey Russ Gunter at this office. I went there and it was a horrible visit; I will not go back. I arrived 10 minutes early to a full waiting room. Then, after hour of waiting I was finally called. Once in the examination room, he raced through the appointment as if he's got to get as many people done in a day as possible. I was there for a couple of small spots near my temple and asked if they might be cancerous. He looked at they very quickly (5 seconds tops) and said no. Then he wanted to hit them with freeze spray. When I said "NO", if they're not cancerous than I'm not worried about it he "Better to get rid of them" and zapped them. Then he said have a nice day and walked out so quickly that I didn't have time to stop him. I guess he can't charge extra unless he zaps you with a little freeze spray! Just another "Doctor" whose time is so much more valuable than their patients. Wait forever and then rush through the visit and charge as much as possible. read more

If I could submit a zero for this office I would have. Had an appointment for my son and myself for 1:45. It was just a recheck and we arrived at 1:40. While waiting in the waiting room a woman came in with her two children and said to the front office lady that she had an appointment for 2:45 but called and they said she could be seen at 1:45. By 2 I got placed in a room and proceeded to wait until 2:20 hearing through the very thin walls the other woman in an adjacent room seeing the doctor with her 2 kids during this 20 minute wait time. I even heard her get checked out and leave. I continued to wait patiently, but as I no longer heard the voice of the doctor, had no idea when anyone was going to come in to our room. I opened the door to ask when we would be seen and they looked at me incredulously like what I was asking was so rude. How incredibly rude to make an appointment scheduled for 1:45 wait while a patient with a 2:45 appointment was in and out an hour before her actual scheduled time. My eight year old son is ADHD and waiting for that long for a recheck was so rude and incredibly unprofessional. I will never return to this office and I would recommend others to stay away. read more
