She was very friendly and she took her time - I did not feel rushed at all. I also had to take my toddler with me because the sitter canceled at the last minute - he is pretty well-behaved and was in the stroller the whole time and we didn't have any issues, which I very much appreciate. The front desk staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. I can't speak to any of the other services (i.e. general dermatology, surgical dermatology, or cosmetic), but I can definitely recommend them for the full-body skin check. And don't forget to wear sunscreen and re-apply!

Dr. Reba Suri wanted me to come in the office again to discuss other options for my rosacea treatment. That is why I went in the first time. I was told the medications and treatment would not cost me any money , was covered by my insurance and would come to my home. None of that was true. I will not be going back. My face is inflamed by an allergic reaction to the cream. It cost over $5 dollars. The solution to wash my face was over $600 dollars. Only thing covered was pill to reduce inflammation. Big mistake going back to that dermatologist group. The dr I saw there last year misdiagnosed me. He no longer works there. Run do not walk away from that place!

I knew vivida had multiple locations and thought I would give them a try again. This location is clean and staff were friendly. I also thought the out of pocket cost for what was considered cosmetic was a reasonable cost considering I can return at no charge if they need to zap the areas again. My only complaint is while I do appreciate that they use reusable fabric to sit on on the table and drape you with ( I love sustainable choices), they washed it in a scented detergent. I'm very allergic to scented detergent, and as a Drs office that probably sees a lot of contact dermatitis, that seems like a a negligent decision. I had to wait while they searched for something that didn't totally set off my asthma. What I sat on still was a bit stinky but not as strong, and I noticed soon after a rash pop up.
