Getting an appointment here can feel like trying to secure concert tickets, win a radio contest, and decode a government form all before lunch. At checkout, their computer system was down, and the woman at the desk said she would call me once everything was back up. It has been almost a week, and apparently that call is still wandering the desert looking for cell service. So yes, Steve is absolutely worth seeing, and I would recommend him without hesitation. You could tell me that man kicks puppies in his spare time and I don't think I'd believe you even if I wanted to. He seems very happy with his career choice and to help others. It was appreciated as a scared patient. I can't recommend enough that patients book with him specifically. My partner told me how kind he was to her and that she had a great experience as well. I got both a shave removal and a small spot frozen with liquid nitrogen. Both didn't feel great, but they tried to be honest with me about the sensations and it wound up being not nearly as bad as I had built it up to be over the years. My only issue is that I didn't come sooner. If you want to do multiple things at an appointment, be up front with the assistant about it. You may need to book separate ones depending on the issues, but Tina was able to squeeze in a second for the doctor to handle a second small problem spot for me at my appointment. It was nice of her to do so, as she explained that sometimes things have to be billed separately for insurance purposes or for the sake of their time to see as many patients as they can. Billing was explained to me well by Candice, so I also appreciated the front desk and the ease of everything there, as well. I'm happily surprised everything felt seamless and easy. And how do they have my card information saved 3 years later? No patient should wake up to find almost $1,000 missing from their account without warning or consent. If there was a legitimate balance owed, why weren't we contacted? Why wasn't a bill sent? Why was money simply taken from our account years after the fact? Everyone at this office has been super helpful and friendly. I forgot my driver's license because I left it on my scanner. The office allowed me to use another picture ID. I had a growth removed today. It was easy and painless. The PAC was easy going and friendly. I will be back in two weeks to follow up.
