We came to BP Medical Spa for their 3 year anniversary event and honestly had the best time! The energy was amazing from the moment we walked in they greeted us with champagne and made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable. The whole team has such a good vibe, super friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. The place itself is gorgeous and really well put together. Super clean, modern, and filled with the latest technology for all kinds of cosmetic treatments. They had raffles, giveaways, and a bunch of awesome prizes you could feel the excitement in the room the entire time. It felt more like a celebration than a typical med spa visit. What stood out the most is how many services they offer literally everything from skincare to body sculpting and it's clear they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I seriously felt scammed. Staff kept calling me and leaving me voicemails offering a "free service" of choice. Came in and was treated nicely but they give you an iPad and you have to sign what felt like 50 pages of consent without anyone verbally telling you what you are mainly signing for. Before they start their "free service" they would do an evaluation and basically try and upsell you service . I felt so forced and pressured. They even make you try to sign up for a credit card company to pay for their services. The whole time I just felt pressured and I didn't feel comfortable. They make you sign up for a monthly membership without anyone ever bringing up that there would be a cancellation fee. I just feel like the this whole place is a scam and they just want to force people to sign up for their services. I would recommend going to other estheticians who won't try to break your bank and try to charge yoh month to month. read more

Just got smooth eye after a long week at EDC Las Vegas. Besides being tired has always been a problem but having hooded eyes has always made things a little difficult to look "awake." Received a phone call for a free birthday facial a couple weeks ago. Mind you, I live 40 min away and cancelled other plans so that I could come to this appointment as I have a very very busy schedule.. When I got there, I had to fill out 50 pages of waivers and then finally got pulled to the back for photos. When doing so, I quite literally cleared my throat and was asked if I felt okay. I said yes? it's probably just my allergies? Employee proceeds to say "i'll be right back, I just need to grab something." She left me waiting for about 10 minutes just to come back and tell me that I would have to reschedule my appointment due to allergies since the owner was coming in with her baby today... I informed her that it would be very inconvenient as I live far away and then she tried to argue that I was asked over the phone yesterday to confirm if I felt okay.. I proceeded to tell her that my allergies/asthma is something that I live with every day?? Then she said she'd check again and left me waiting another 5-10min. She came back in and said I would have to reschedule because the owner was coming in with her baby. I told her no need to reschedule as I won't be back. Just an overall waste of my time and I put my allergies and medications in those waivers so before even pulling someone back to get them started.. Why not read the information you forced them to put down?? This would be a completely different story if I was actually here to pay for services but still just an awful experience. I am not sick nor contagious and just baffled by this experience. If you're that concerned of your babies health, then don't leave your house? Complete waste of my time. This place calls and texts all the time trying to get people in there for "free services" just to then try to upsell them product or memberships.. That's not how you run a business and is shady and then I go out of my way to try and it out and get walked out for allergies lol. Never returning. I was contacted through Instagram DM to come out for a full free service, only to be held there for three hours being sold services the entire time. The ladies were nice but I was so confused being asked so many personal questions and financial questions. They have a no refund policy which is not fair. I do not want to go back. I felt handled as a sales pitch other than an invited influencer to help promote the business. Now I'm left with monthly payments for services I wish to not use. There were signs of irritation in her voice when I asked questions or was lost. I do not feel good about my overall experience at all. I felt extremely pressured to sign up for services when I was under the impression it was a one time ordeal. I got no time to think, just convinced to pay for services I wish to not use. I wish my experience was better, I really do. Or that I was at least made aware of what this day REALLY WAS ABOUT. read more

I came for a scheduled facial service. In order for the facial to happen they let me know that they would need to take photos of my face. I told them I was not comfortable with this, but would comply due to the fact that this was their policy, but this is something that would deter me from coming back in the future. Originally they had invited me to come in as an influencer and post. I wanted them to know that this is some thing that a lot of influencers/ people would not be comfortable with overall they decided to cancel my service due to the fact that I felt uncomfortable with photos (but was willing to comply). I was more than willing to pay for my service comply with their rules, and then not come back in the future, and continue seeing my regular aesthetician who does not require photos for me. The owner handled the situation extremely poorly. I could definitely see if I was refusing to comply with the rules. Why it would be an issue for me to receive my service, but simply giving customer feedback and being treated the way I was is absolutely ridiculous. read more
