The services I received from Aly were great and our time together was fun and relaxing! I received a facial and an eyelash lift and boy, am I happy about both. The facial was very relaxing and she was able to get those pesky blackheads out with the extraction. My face a couple days after the facial was in tip top shape and I haven't been happier with the results. She is very knowledgeable about skin and takes her time to make sure results are made. The eyelash lift was a first try for me and the reason why I held off writing a review until now was because I wanted to see how long they actually held up for. I don't have the longest eyelashes but they are quite heavy that I need to bring my eyelash curler with me when I go out for touch ups. Not only did the eyelash lift save me time from doing that every morning and in between throughout the day, I can confidently say they have lasted a month so far! A MONTH. The post was for acne prone skin (which I have suffered from my entire life) and results were great so I decided to give it a try. The process was super quick, I made my appointment for a few weeks later because her weekends are pretty booked up! So keep that in mind when booking -- it is worth the wait. Aly was so nice. She was knowledgeable on all questions and was so soft. Even her voice is soothing as she does your service, you don't even realize you're getting any extractions done. ALSO she doesn't just leave the room when the mask is sitting. I've never had an esthetician take time to massage my neck and hands while my facial sits, it was awesome. I booked 2 appointments back to back, a Facial and then a facial + peel. I had a very bad experience with this company, I had booked for a lash class back in the January, for a class in March sent my deposit and exchange several messages back and forth to set dates for training , I reached out a week before the set training dates we agreed upon only for her to say she made a mistake and move it to a week later , when I asked her about times she left me on seen I text her a additional 3 times and also called and never received a response, she responded a few day before the new days she told me which at that point I requested a refund on my deposit and she copied and pasted a message she sent me the week before I reached out again asking for refund on my deposit and she said she can't refund me since she "ordered the kit " so I asked for my kit since she can not refund my deposit only to her left on seen , strongly DONT recommend this place to ANYONE at all I feel at this point I have been scammed and taken advantage of .
