These were green flags for me, especially because she uses all-natural products. Booking an appointment was very easy and Ashlee answered all my questions right away. I had questions regarding dermaplaning and she was very knowledgeable about the process and whether or not it would be right for me. On the day of the appointment, I was surely a little nervous. Especially because I have extremely finicky and sensitive skin! Initially, I did some paperwork and Ashlee was very knowledgeable about skin health. She spoke about certain daily habits (like sleep and caffeine intake) with me very thoroughly while prepping my skin. The environment is super relaxing. Full of plants, ambient music, and great smells. Each product she used she explained extremely well. She detailed why she chose a certain product, what active ingredients there were in it, and tips for at-home skincare.
