Ashlee is AMAZING! I've always been afraid to get a facial because of all of the horror stories I've heard. I had 1 facial a few months before starting to see Ashlee. What sealed the deal for me is when she said she's always going to do what's best for my skin at the time of my appointment rather than just taking my money and doing what's best for I want her to do. That made me feel really comfortable. She explained why rushing to get to the results I wanted was not the way to go. Every appointment she explained exactly what my skin was telling her and from there what she was going to do that day. When she sent me home with samples she would write them down in the order I was supposed to use them. She's very knowledgeable and experienced and goes the natural route as much as possible. These were green flags for me, especially because she uses all-natural products. Booking an appointment was very easy and Ashlee answered all my questions right away. I had questions regarding dermaplaning and she was very knowledgeable about the process and whether or not it would be right for me. On the day of the appointment, I was surely a little nervous. Especially because I have extremely finicky and sensitive skin! Initially, I did some paperwork and Ashlee was very knowledgeable about skin health. She spoke about certain daily habits (like sleep and caffeine intake) with me very thoroughly while prepping my skin. The environment is super relaxing. Full of plants, ambient music, and great smells. Each product she used she explained extremely well. She detailed why she chose a certain product, what active ingredients there were in it, and tips for at-home skincare.
