    Carne Asada Tostada
    Aarron W.

Just an ok experience here at best. We arrived and mentioned we were new here, and the person behind the counter wasn't very helpful. We ordered the fry bread and a tostada, it was like we got 2 tostadas. We didn't know ( had to ask ) where any salsas were as the items came out with no seasoning whatsoever, bland as can be. Maybe we didn't order the right items but this wasn't very impressive at all. The prices were solid, but there are other places to check out before coming back here.

Nondescript hole in the wall hidden away in a strip mall. No frills. Complimentary chips and interesting salsa. Little watery. I love hatch chilis and ordered the enchiladas with green hatch chili sauce. The sauce was very flavorful & earthy w just a hint of spice. Def recommend. Reasonably priced, fast service. It's always nice to have New Mexican cuisine.

Fry bread with pork... maybe it was beef. It was the wife's. She said it was very good and plenty to fill up anyone.

Dropped by just before closing, but the meal was great and they didn't try to rush us out. We saw on TikTok a clip of this place and had to give it a try. Lots of New Mexico flavors and so much to try. We tried the fry bread , one Carne Asada and another was a green chili pork... but think. Very tasty. Cute little shop with super service . Everyone was super friendly. Certainly with the trip. This fry bread is not like the Navajo Fry bread, it's a little denser but still tasty.

Place is ok. Service is great, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. Was told by a neighbor that this is a great place to come try. I asked the server what is their top menu item and she said the Chili Pork Burrito. So I ordered it and it came out with sauce on top, like an enchilada. Meat was dry too. I hope other items on the menu is better but this as overall disappointing.

This is not fry bread I ended up scraping the toppings off and threw it away.

New Mexican Grill has always been our go to place for fry bread.. we are so beyond disappointed it tasted doughy (uncooked), thick as a pizza had no flavor! Has something changed New Mexican Grill?

This place rocks! The food was awesome, the service was great, and the pricing is perfect. I went there with the intention of getting a green chile plate. I'm glad I asked how hot it was, and they answered honestly and said pretty hot. I tried some from my brother-in-laws plate and boy was it hot! Very tasty though. I ended up with the red chile plate and a beef taco which were both perfect. I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

This is a small diner-type restaurant. Step right up to the counter and place your order after perusing the extra-large menu. I love the Fry Bread (topped with ground beef, I get it with a side of red sauce) and my husband loves the Huevos Rancheros (with Christmas sauce). Both are delicious and served up hot. We have only come here for breakfast, I imagine the lunch options are just as tasty.

Whoa, so we came here for Date Night, normally we have it on Sunday but this location is closed on Sunday's. Worth the wait. Janna ordered the Bean and Cheese Fry Bread and I ordered the Machaca Fry Bread! It was so good, we had so much food, we brought half of it home. The staff here is great, it's a sit down restaurant kinda but not really but they make you feel super welcome and come and check on you from time to time. I asked for Hot Sauce and he brought me a bottle of it, it was super spicy but the good spicy where it had heat but still an excellent flavor. My meal was good before but this added like a +3! I'll 100% ask for it the next time we come back. Janna liked it as well, so we ordered a quart to go! So worth it. This place rocks, we will definitely be back. Janna and I have a friendly competition to see who can have a better date night, this was a no brained Janna wins!

    Carne Asada Fries

My husband has tried this place but the family had not, so for his birthday we ordered for pick up last night. There were six of us and we got the carne asada fries, some variations of fry bread, chicken taquitos, sopaipillas, a carne asada burrito, and chicken tacos. All of it was fresh and excellent. We have a couple of refried bean connoisseurs in the group and they raved about them. Same for the carne asada fries - not something I ever order but the two people who got them said they were the best they've had. We usually get Someburro's for fast casual Mexican, but I think this place will be our go to now. Someburro's is still solid but this food felt more flavorful and fresh.

We arrived for breakfast and the place was packed. Even so, we were seated within a few minutes. Menus were brought for us to peruse. For a starter we both had a large glass of cranberry juice. $3. Emphasis should be on the word large, as in most places you would get a small glass for the same price. Companion ordered the "Fresh Start", which is a big bowl of oatmeal which comes with cranberries, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, and milk ($6). Companion was unable to finish it all. So far, we've been able to try different places during each visit. I came across Wildberries while researching breakfast spots and saw that they had good reviews. We were there on a weekday for a late breakfast. The place is popular. While they were doing a brisk business, I can only imagine what it must be like on the weekends. Upon entering, we were immediately seated and greeted. It's clear from looking at their decor and menu (they also serve lunch) that it is a Greek-owned place. They have daily specials written on a portable sign board, and they take it from table to table so diners can see what's on special that day. Our only complaint was that service was very slow. Our server took our order after we looked at the signboard. I ordered a daily breakfast special that consisted of cinnamon French toast, 2 eggs (I chose over easy), and a choice of meat (I chose bacon). My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the regular menu. It consisted of two poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce and hash browns. To drink, I had lemonade, and my husband had orange juice and coffee. Like all the other customers, we had a long wait for food. It had us wondering if the back of the house was short-staffed. When the food finally came out, we both enjoyed our meals. The cinnamon French toast was so good on its own that I forgot about the syrup that accompanied it. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his Eggs Benedict. Wildberries is in a small strip shopping center, and parking is tight. If you are heading west on Baseline, you have to make a left at the light at S. Ext Street, then a left into the lot.
