A little disappointed when the owner came out and said it would be over $400 to put a little metal flashing up to cover a small hole raccoons had made. He said for $200 he could fill it with sprayable foam and it should be fine. I couldn't understand why he thought animals that tore through wood wouldn't be able to claw through some foam? I realize it was a small job and a lot of companies hate doing them, but since he was local, I thought he'd be OK. I ended up going with another Temecula company who put up metal flashing for me and charged substantially less. read more

Great crew. Installed new roof on our new home build in Temecula. Armando and crew were professional and got the job done on time.

Our home inspection revealed multiple broken tiles, slipped tiles, vent cap missing, and vents with no sealant after 19 years. Not a big job but a must fix to get the roof back in shape. I got 3 estimates and no one seemed interested and their date to start the work was 6-9 weeks out along with a hefty estimate. Armando came out with a great attitude, treated this job like he was interested, and explained everything along with a 3-5 day turnaround to do it. Got a written estimate that reflected a good value but more importantly wasn't overcharging because he didn't want to do it like some other guys obviously did!! I had some rotted out eaves and they came and fixed them at a great price with no disruptions to family or my vicious dog :) Great service, price and very professional from start to finish. The kicker? After they completed the repairs... they cleaned up.. Seriously? They swept all the muck and guck off the roof to the ground and swept it up..both my patio and cemented side yard..Looked way better after they left than when they got there..Who does that? Armando just came out to look at a leak in my roof that I was putting off fixing because I was scared of the work that might be involved and worried because I've had problems in the past with contractors that inflate the issue for extra money. I'm happy to report that he examined my roof and it turned out to be an issue with the caulking around a vent pipe. Very honest, professional, friendly and puts on a big smile. I called New Era Roofing after calling a different roofer we had used before and rejecting a ridiculously high estimate based on guessing where the leak was. New Era came out and inspected the roof thoroughly, explained how and why they would do the repair and offered an optional inexpensive tune-up to resecure loose or replace broken tiles to prevent future leaks. They also cleaned and widened the metal valleys to ensure proper runoff of water, and they even cleaned our rain gutters. I strongly recommend New Era Roofing, I have a 2500 sq. ft. clay roof in Temecula that they pulled the tiles, re-felted the roof then replaced the tiles and installed all new flashing etc. (27 year old roof so it was needed as we found a number of issues that would have leaked shortly). I had an old, leaky roof with spanish tile. The whole roof needed replacing, and New Era Roofing was the most competative quote. They did a terrific job, and the workers are courteous, clean up after themselves every day, work hard and are painstaking professionals. Armando is very good at working with clients on understanding the process and options available as I decided (mid job) that I wanted to do mixed tiles instead of just replacing the ones I had already. The entire crew bent over backwards to make the changes for me, and worked with tile suppliers to get me a great price too.
