Armando is great. We've had him do work on a couple different places where we got leaks and he gets job done quickly with no more leaking. He cleans up so you would not know he was there. Price is reasonable and responds quickly. Excellent work, excellent service, great company. read more

Excellent team that worked so very hard in the heat. Cleaned up end of each day. On schedule and within budget! Highly recommend this business. read more

Great experience with this company. I received rapid responses in my preferred format of communication requested (email). They did high quality work in a timely manner at a better price than any reputable roofer I contacted. Both Jocelyn and Armando explained the full process, scope of work and potential next steps for the roof with knowledge and thoughtful expertise for this instance and a long term plan. I recommend them and will use again. read more

A little disappointed when the owner came out and said it would be over $400 to put a little metal flashing up to cover a small hole raccoons had made. He said for $200 he could fill it with sprayable foam and it should be fine. I couldn't understand why he thought animals that tore through wood wouldn't be able to claw through some foam? I realize it was a small job and a lot of companies hate doing them, but since he was local, I thought he'd be OK. I ended up going with another Temecula company who put up metal flashing for me and charged substantially less. read more

We had a roof leak, so I called New Era to get a quote. They came out the next day and provided a prompt, written quote along with their business license and insurance information. The bid was competitive and they were able to start my job on Saturday morning, before the next storm came! They cleaned up and hauled all debris from our property and the roof looks great. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

I originally found New Era here on Yelp when I was looking for a roofer to inspect a tile roof in Temecula (for a purchase). Armando and Jocelyn were great and the inspection and bid turn time was fast. I've since used them multiple times for bids, roof tune ups and leak repairs on multiple properties in San Diego and Riverside. Their crew shows up every time, on time. They work hard, do a nice and effective job and leave the site clean. Armando communicates each step of the process and Jocelyn has great follow through. High praises for New Era! read more

Professional, prompt and courteous. They did an amazing job, excellent clean up, you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the amazing looking roof! I would definitely hire them again. read more

New Era Roofing came out quickly, and assessed what needed to be fixed, sent a very fair quote, and scheduled time to come out and do job (two to three weeks). To our surprise, they squeezed us in before the next rain forecast. WOW!! Awesome!!! Fixed all leaks, cleaned and fixed our gutters, AND cleaned our roof which was part of the problem. Thank you to their team of staff. We appreciate all you did. read more

Armando and New Era did a great job putting a roof jack in so that my kitchen range hood would finally work. Armando came out to provide a free estimate and a week later came out to do the work in one session. Armando went above and beyond the call of duty to provide help on the interior, that he normally doesn't do. He treated this small job as if it were a huge roof project. Great service and I would recommend New Era for all roofing needs. read more

Bummed because I really was hoping to work with this company based upon reviews. I was given a window of 12pm-4pm and no one ever showed. When I called and left a message around 3:45pm and asked if they were still coming today, no one returned my call. read more

Fast, friendly, effective! Many thanks to my friends at New Era roofing. Showed up as promised for an inspection, did a thorough job with solid advice. Estimate for completion of work seemed honest, reasonable, and appropriate. We booked the work and the team showed up right on time, did the job, cleaned up, and made sure we were thrilled with the work. Special thanks to Jocelyn for keeping us informed and happy through the process! read more

Totally recommend this people. Very good job and the price was excellent. They know what they are doing work on time and leave everything clean. One thing I liked is that they always answer my calls or txts right away. They gave me a detailed written estimate and scheduled my job very fast. Hard working people that have pride for their job. read more

We had a great experience with New Era Roofing. After getting one extremely high bid, and having another company not even show up for their estimate appointment, I was definitely frustrated. I called New Era and Armando came out that day to give me an estimate. He was extremely professional and polite, and explained the issue to me thoroughly using laymen's terms so I really understood what was going on. We decided to have them do the job, and Jocelyn in the office put us on the schedule right away. They did a great job in a timely manner and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I'd recommend to anyone having an issue with their roof. read more

Outstanding!! Both Jocelyn and Armando explained things very well. Had a great conversation with Armando about how exactly tile roofs work (it's my first), and how best to maintain them. Armando took care of everything with no fuss, no muss, and at a reasonable rate. I couldn't be happier. Will be more than happy to call on New Era for all of my roofing needs! read more

I don't remember how I found New Era Roofing, but I'm so glad I did! I refer them to clients and co-workers on a regular basis. Honest, fair, friendly, and reasonably priced! read more

Service from New Era was excellent. Armando provided an estimate quickly, and it was below others I had received. He and his team completed my roof in a very timely manner. Armando listened to my concerns and maintained friendly communication throughout the process. He clearly had a great understanding of both the theoretical and practical issues of roofing, and shared his knowledge in an honest and straightforward manner. He gave me options and at no time attempted to up sell. Armando's integrity and pride in his work were obvious--I highly recommend New Era. read more

Our home inspection revealed multiple broken tiles, slipped tiles, vent cap missing, and vents with no sealant after 19 years. Not a big job but a must fix to get the roof back in shape. I got 3 estimates and no one seemed interested and their date to start the work was 6-9 weeks out along with a hefty estimate. Armando came out with a great attitude, treated this job like he was interested, and explained everything along with a 3-5 day turnaround to do it. Got a written estimate that reflected a good value but more importantly wasn't overcharging because he didn't want to do it like some other guys obviously did!! Another Family run business that is honest and does quality work!! Thank's Armando and Jocelyn!!! Much appreciated!! Tom read more

I had some rotted out eaves and they came and fixed them at a great price with no disruptions to family or my vicious dog :) Great service, price and very professional from start to finish. The kicker? After they completed the repairs... they cleaned up.. Seriously? They swept all the muck and guck off the roof to the ground and swept it up..both my patio and cemented side yard..Looked way better after they left than when they got there..Who does that? Totally impressed!! Will use again in a heartbeat, but hope I wont have to.. read more

Armando just came out to look at a leak in my roof that I was putting off fixing because I was scared of the work that might be involved and worried because I've had problems in the past with contractors that inflate the issue for extra money. I'm happy to report that he examined my roof and it turned out to be an issue with the caulking around a vent pipe. Very honest, professional, friendly and puts on a big smile. His wife takes care of the phones and is very nice also. When the time comes for more roofing issues, I'll know exactly who to call! Thanks New Era Roofing. read more

Great crew. Installed new roof on our new home build in Temecula. Armando and crew were professional and got the job done on time.

I called New Era Roofing after calling a different roofer we had used before and rejecting a ridiculously high estimate based on guessing where the leak was. New Era came out and inspected the roof thoroughly, explained how and why they would do the repair and offered an optional inexpensive tune-up to resecure loose or replace broken tiles to prevent future leaks. They also cleaned and widened the metal valleys to ensure proper runoff of water, and they even cleaned our rain gutters. They showed up exactly when they said they would to do the work and left our yard and roof cleaner than they were before. I highly recommend New Era Roofing. read more

I called New Era Roofing for an estimate on a roof leak. Armando came out that afternoon, gave me a fair quote, and completed the job a few days later with a warranty on the work performed. They seem like a family run business that takes pride in their work. I was very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. read more

I had an old, leaky roof with spanish tile. The whole roof needed replacing, and New Era Roofing was the most competative quote. They did a terrific job, and the workers are courteous, clean up after themselves every day, work hard and are painstaking professionals. Armando is very good at working with clients on understanding the process and options available as I decided (mid job) that I wanted to do mixed tiles instead of just replacing the ones I had already. The entire crew bent over backwards to make the changes for me, and worked with tile suppliers to get me a great price too. Jocelyn is sweet, responsive, and took our project to heart as if it were her own house. I can't say enough great things about New Era Roofing, and I rarely write a review. read more

They did a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend Armando. We will be using them again.

This is the second time I have used Armando and his crew for work on our home. As before they did a great job and did it correctly and quick. Very friendly crew and very professional. I like that Armando provide photos of the problem, how they corrected it and the finished job. He likes to keep you updated during the work. Will definitely call them if morI will also recommend them to other people who need roofing work. read more

I strongly recommend New Era Roofing, I have a 2500 sq. ft. clay roof in Temecula that they pulled the tiles, re-felted the roof then replaced the tiles and installed all new flashing etc. (27 year old roof so it was needed as we found a number of issues that would have leaked shortly). From the initial estimate through completion their communications, professionalism, flexibility and quality exceeded my expectations. I got four quotes from local companies with extremely wide pricing and details, New Era had a very clear simple contract with the best details, insurance documents and extremely competitive pricing, so glad I chose New Era and I will continue to use them to monitor the roof over its life. read more

I chose New Era Roofing to install two dormer vents on my roof. Armando and his crew knocked the work out quick and it looked great. He went above and beyond and painted another vent to match the new ones without me asking him or him charging extra. He also cleaned up the rest of the roof and gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my roof. Great experience from start to finish, I highly recommend using this company. read more

My neighbor recommended New Era Roofing to me, and they did a great job on replacing the roof of my house. Jocelyn responed to my email very quickly, and she called me if the crew would be arriving late on work days. They completed the job in 3 days.
