This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a review to help you decided if you should order from this place - this is it! The food is incredible and you can't beat these prices! I got the chicken teriyaki and it's was very juicy and flavorful. The fried rice and chow mein were also very good. A small drink was included with my entree. All for $10. While waiting in line, the chef was bringing out new trays of fresh food. Nothing looked like it was sitting for too long and didn't look greasy or bland. If you're still feeling skeptical, just give it a try, you have nothing to lose with these great prices.

Been searching for my go-to local Chinese fast food place, and this, unfortunately, still isn't it. Overall, food was just OK. Not inedible, but wouldn't go here again. Pros: fair portion size; speedy service. Chow mein: 3/5. OK. Nothing to be excited about. Orange chicken: 2/5. OK. Not too sweet or overly sauced. I enjoyed the crispness. The flavor was underwhelming. Kung pao: 1/5. Although it did contain chiles, there was no spice to the dish. It was almost sweet. It was quite heavy on the celery, about as much celery as there was chicken, so it really overpowered the dish. It was not what I would have expected when ordering a spicy chicken dish. Spicy pork rib: 0/5. This one I couldn't eat. The meat was exceptionally dry and flavorless. There was a little juice at the bottom that I tried pouring over the rib to help but it was really just excess broth. The rib itself had very little meat, mostly bone. Fried rice: 1/5. Dry, bland, overcooked.

One of the last spots where they fill your plate to the brim and it still comes at a reasonable price. The orange chow mein noodles are so nostalgic and the protein options are sweet, crispy, and tangy. Its really what you want when you crave chinese fast food.

I eat here regularly, food is always very tasty, and the staff is just adorable. I love their mushroom chicken, they will fill your plate up, it always lasts me 2-3 meals out of one ~$6 combo with 2 dish choices + rice & noodles, plus a free drink/ eggroll. And, I love that it is a small business

The staff is extremely friendly. The combo portions are decent but the chicken entrees have a awkward texture.

The food tastes good and portions are generous. I was very thirsty after and suspect a food enhancer may have been added to the food.

The staff always seem annoyed and anxious to kick customers out near closing. Regardless, I'll still keep coming back as it's worth dealing with in exchange for everything else being good. When it comes to thai food, I usually order the basics like pad thai and pad see ew. Both dishes were rich in flavor, perfect savory vs sweet, and not too greasy. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach when it comes to greasy food but their food satisfied my palate! Also their thai iced tea is INSANE as it comes with a popsicle so you're basically getting double the drink for only $7-8!? What a steal!!

I really wanted to love Kin Thai because the food itself was actually good. Unfortunately, the…read moreoverall experience left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere feels rushed rather than relaxing, and the staff seemed eager to turn tables over as quickly as possible. We barely finished eating before it felt like we were being pushed out the door. On top of that, the parking lot is a complete cluster and adds unnecessary stress before you even walk inside. Between the chaotic parking situation and feeling rushed through the meal, it took away from what could have been a great dining experience. Good food, but the atmosphere and service style completely turned me off from wanting to come back.

I…read morehad noticed some quality and consistency issues over the past few years, but my recent visits have all been excellent, so it genuinely feels like they've turned things around and earned their 5 stars again. I've tried almost everything on the menu over the years, from orange chicken to the short ribs, and most dishes are delicious. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing family-style, especially with larger groups. They've always handled big parties well, though I'd definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time since they can get busy. The ambiance is probably the one area that could use some improvement, but the food and portions more than make up for it. If it's your first time, I'd recommend the chicken corn soup, sweet and sour chicken, green onion paratha, and Mongolian beef.

Condiments in the tables have a slimy film on them obviously not cleaned in some time. We should have left but thought the food may be different. We ordered Braised Shrimp (average), Cashew chicken (fast food quality) and Combo Fried Rice (Gross). There were pieces of beef in the rice that were dried out and had a bad taste as if food stored in a freezer the quickly thawed. Overall it was a huge disappointment. Gross, dirty. And they come to your table in hurry making us feel like we need to hurray and get out so that can seat others and make more money. Very Bad!! Look at the "inside" photos on yelp. That will explain

You can really taste the quality in their dishes, and it never has that overly salty, heavy MSG taste that some places have. Everything tastes clean, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The service is always great and the staff is friendly and attentive. We've been here multiple times and the consistency is what really stands out--the food is just as delicious every visit. If you're in the Long Beach area and craving authentic Cantonese food, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Amazing food, great service, and a place we'll keep coming back to!

I lunched with a friend and shared two things: -moo shu chicken ($13.95) -salt & pepper tofu ($13.95) I've never had moo shu anything before and I am now a moo shu fan 4ever. Apparently the version here come pre-wrapped, but I didn't mind since I was a first timer. The wrapper functions a lot like a tortilla, but much more delicate. I like the mixture of chicken, wood ear mushrooms and cabbage maybe? Textually it's crunchy and I like that in the soft wrapper. The salt & pepper tofu is sautéed with jalapeños which give it a nice kick. It's not your classic version of the this dish because the tofu is cubed into bite sized pieces and tastes a little more peanut-y than salt and pepper-y, but I didn't mind it. It was great over white rice. L V is perfect for a quick Chinese fix. Lunch specials are just a bonus.
