Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

We called this company to come take a look at a leak we had coming from our bathtub into the…read morekitchen ceiling. They sent someone the next day, and they said absolutely nothing about a service charge or any kind of charge for coming out to look at the leak. The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

Jim from Bres-Core... he was at our house the next morning bright and early on his own birthday. Our furnace was near end of life and he spent quite some time walking us through our options. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth and understanding. We ended up going with a full furnace system and AC replacement (since that was near end of life as well). He was able to obtain and install the units with just a few days of signing the agreement. Him and his team were a delight. Respectful, kind, hardworking guys. Left the place even more clean than they found it which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Bres-Core and although no one really ever wants to have something to repair...we look forward to seeing Jim and his team again when the time comes!

Everything started out great, Paul the owner even spent a while on the phone with my husband trying…read moreto help troubleshoot our issue to help save us money. Once work started, we were told we needed a week or two for a part, and didn't hear back for a few months. When I finally called to follow up I had a very hard time getting answers. The receptionist told me numerous times she would get information for me and call back, but each time failed to give me a call back. When I finally got an appointment on the calendar, a few weeks after my call to follow up, no one showed up. It happened on 3 separate occasions, leaving me waiting for over 11 hours and no one ever showed up. On the day of the last appointment, instead of being apologetic, the receptionist got nasty with me. She acted as though I was bothering her, and told me someone would be there within the hour. No one showed, she never answered my calls again or called me back. I finally called Paul directly to see if anyone was on their way to my house. It was then he let me know they didn't even have the part and his office was supposed to call to let me know that. I understand things take time and that mistakes happen. My issue is not that we waited months for a part that never came, or that I sat around for 11+ hours when no one ever even planned on coming. My issue is that not only was the communication extremely poor and expectations were not correctly set numerous times, after all that I was given no real apology and an attitude as if I was the issue. I will never use this company again.

We have had an issue for years, where we would get water stains and mold on our downstairs ceiling…read morein a few areas. We initially called well-known heating and air conditioning competitor, who we used in the past, come over to diagnose the problem. They could not figure out the issue. Their solution was to put more return ducts in my house and put more vents into the attic. That did not solve anything but the problem did get worse and I had that other well-known hvac come on three separate occasions for the same problem. On the advice of of a good friend I called Paul from Area Fuel. I am not kidding, he diagnosed my problem within the first five minutes of seeing the ceiling. Believe it or not the duct was not properly connected to the specific vents in two of my upstairs bedrooms and in my living room. Of course this problem caused water to drip on my ceilings and inefficiency in both the overall upstairs heating and cooling of the house. Paul and his crew, Eric and George, came back to fix this issue, including installing new vents throughout the house. We then chose to replace the total heating and air conditioning system in our house. Let me tell you, Paul's prices are extremely reasonable and his service is top notch! Don't call anyone else for your hvac system. Paul is the only call you will ever have to make!
