The condenser of my AC system was leaking coolant. HomeServe had added coolant twice in 7 weeks,…read more The AC was not able keep the temperature near its setting on hot days. I called JC National (JC) and they looked at my system that day. JC reached out to manufactures and provided options quickly. The desired condenser (it provided the most clearance in my driveway) was thought to be on backorder but came in quickly instead. JC was able to schedule installation for the next Tuesday. The team arrived as scheduled. They were professional, respectful and easy to talk to. They explained the steps and the expected duration. They proceeded methodically with the removal of the old condenser and the installation of the new one. JC took the necessary time to test the parts of the system not replaced ( the air handler and piping) for leaks and to then remove the harmful moisture from the system. There were no complications and the replacement was completed that day. JC disposed of the old condenser as well as all debris and did a thorough cleanup. They left the property looking cleaner than when they arrived. I was very happy that I selected JC National AC Corp to replace my leaking condenser.

I sent him photographs of my old boiler that was in very bad conditions, he recommended replacing it as other companies did and gave us an estimate. His price was the most competitive so we decided to hire them. After replacing the new boiler I had to call National Grid to come and turn our gas back on which was only possible a few days later. I called six different NYC HVAC repair companies and either couldn't reach anyone or was told that their first appointment was two weeks away. When I called ProCore (on the recommendation of a friend) I was immediately connected to a technician who listened to the situation and told me he would be there the next morning "first thing". At 8:30am two technicians arrived and immediately got to work. They solved the problem, fixed the system, and even made some minor adjustments to make my system more energy efficient. They were friendly, courteous, professional and obviously very good at their job. Their price was very reasonable - to the point where I gave both of them a little extra to thank them for their excellent work and for coming on a holiday early morning. He tried to fix it on New Years Eve, but wasn't able to do so with the parts he had; so, he told me he'd get to me early in a couple of days, after the supply stores were open for him to get the necessary part. Later that night on, he actually called and asked if I needed him to drop off a space heater in the meantime since it was really cold out overnight and he was worried about me and my dogs--though I didn't need a space heater, it was really kind of him to offer. As promised he was here the following Wednesday morning, replaced the motor, and I now have a working furnace! He also replaced my dirty air filter to help me even more. Yuri is very responsive, has a lot of good supply contacts, and is flexible and dependable with his time. I was lucky to find him here over the holidays.
