Came by the next morning and quickly diagnosed that the issue was that my Nest thermostat that was previously installed wasn't compatible with my existing wiring. They then went out and bought a compatible thermostat, came back and installed. They also mentioned that there was a small leak in the refrigerant line and could try to patch and fill if I wanted or I could always have them come back in the future. I asked them to just finish the job if they could, and they actually came back in a couple hours to finish the job. Now the AC unit is working great - the place feels like an ice box! I called JC National (JC) and they looked at my system that day. JC reached out to manufactures and provided options quickly. The desired condenser (it provided the most clearance in my driveway) was thought to be on backorder but came in quickly instead. JC was able to schedule installation for the next Tuesday. The team arrived as scheduled. They were professional, respectful and easy to talk to. They explained the steps and the expected duration. They proceeded methodically with the removal of the old condenser and the installation of the new one. JC took the necessary time to test the parts of the system not replaced ( the air handler and piping) for leaks and to then remove the harmful moisture from the system. There were no complications and the replacement was completed that day. JC disposed of the old condenser as well as all debris and did a thorough cleanup.
