I recently purchased an old camper van and had been to several RV places around Mesa to get things fixed. Unpleasant attitudes, overprice, changes from quoted price without adequate explanation, information that turned out ot be wrong (lack of competence), etc.. Fortunately for me none of them did wheel alignments, which I assumed I needed. Someone recommended this place. It was a 30 minute drive and I was tired. I have made a living as a mechanic and even did a few wheel alignments myself at a community college years ago. So I feel like I know competence when I see it. These guys are it. Professional? Yes. No one there is going to make a good living selling old used cars - no BS or trying to sell me something I did not want. A first rate alignment and brake check. It turns out I didn't need an alignment but I am going to need some expensive brake work soon. I was handed a quote for the brake work that seemed reasonable and a printout of the alignment which will help a lot when I go to the tire shop and explain my issue. I reached for my wallet and asked how much I owed. He said "no charge for inspections". This is when I realized that in spite of the results, I had just had the first good experience with a shop since I bought that damn van. On the drive home I thought of all the ways they could made money off of me had they not been completely ethical. In spite of my knowledge (which they did not know that I had) I would have not been able to tell if they had said they had done the alignment. I wish I had had the presence of mind to leave them a tip. When I get the brake work done it will be here, in spite of the 30 minute drive. I needed a simple oil change on a Saturday. I called in the morning and got in that afternoon. I was expecting a bill of around $100 like some of the Quick lube places on the same street but my bill was $37 for exactly the same service using the same oil. They were courteous and also gave me a heads up on service that I should do next oil change. I will definitely go back when in AJ. read more

Another great repair service yesterday at Network Auto in AJ. My a/c had quit blowing cold and made an appointment for there inspection. Turned out to only be an o-ring, which they then replaced and recharged the freon. Less honest shops might have told me I needed a new compressor, etc ($1000+), but not these guys. I have even begun to have my oil changed here (schedule an appointment) after some shady experiences at Pep Boys. I don't feel comfortable taking my cars anywhere else. This business is a rip off. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on. Was told I needed my spark plugs changed and that the carbon output was so bad I needed a flush. Well they charged me 153 dollars for 6 spark plugs that are no more then 15 each and claimed it took 3 hrs to complete the job. What kind of mechanic needs 3 hrs to change spark plugs. Also, they charge 99.99 for a diagnostic and don't credit your bill. And if you are not careful they do not verbally disclose they will charge an additional 16 bucks to use a credit card because they didn't scam you enough. Spoke to a manager and of course he stands behind the bogus charges. I truly believe I was taken advantage of being a female that knows nothing about repairing a vehicle. To bad I did my homework after I was scammed into a 850.00 bill. read more

My husband loves these guys. When my son had a car start issue my husband brought his car here. Not knowing the battery was on high watch and the check engine light was on, they ran a diagnostic test prior to checking the battery. It was the battery and that replacement corrected the start issue and check engine light. The bill was allot for just a battery replacement, more than my son had planned for. They wrote it off as a communucation issue- yes, we should have told them we suspected battery, but they ended up not charging us for the expensive diagnostic test. My son was thrilled with the price and they showed us how great customer service works. They will continue to be our go to auto service center. read more

Our Xterra had water buildup in the passengers seat foot area so I read as much as possible online about the possible issue in variety of forums. All symptoms suggested it was a clogged drain hose, a rather simple and inexpensive fix. With that assumption, I called another local auto service company (not Network Automotive) about this issue and was told they would need to do a smoke test for initial testing at the rate of $100 and no same day service was available. Not satisfied with that answer, I called Network Automotive and Bret was very nice and said to bring it in and they would take a look at it for free. Turned out it was a clogged drain hose which they unclogged and sent us on our way...free of charge! I sincerely appreciate their efforts and honesty! Network Automotive will be my first call next time we need service. read more

Unfortunately they have a new mgr there who has since changed my opinion. Not long ago I had an appointment scheduled for a service that should have taken about 1 hour... I walked in to check my car in and was told it would now take 3 hours. I reminded him I had an appointment and he told me he had other cars to fix. I simply walked out without getting my car repaired there. Haven't been back. I would however, consider going to the Mesa location where the former manager Jack, now works. He was awesome. read more

I am so impressed with these guys. I've been having power steering issues on my truck that I've had no luck resolving at other shops. These guys figured it out first try and I am beyond happy. Hi, I have been going here for years for my 4x4 vehicle alignments. I brought my JK Wrangler in for an alignment after having a lift kit installed. Long story short version, I agreed to have the upper ball joints replaced due to Network diagnosing wear on one of them, with the explanation that would effect my ability to keep my wheels in alignment in the future. Moog adjustable upper ball joints. I was charged 100% plus more than the average retail part price. That's a lot of markup. I will not be returning. That is depressing because in my networking with people at both my work place and business, I have always referred people looking for an alignment to this business. No more. read more

Honestly I shouldn't give them any stars I'll keep this short I went in for a front end alignment check and a brake check they did not check my brakes and ever even pulled my wheels I was on a 1 ton dually pickup truck brakes on a truck that heavy that pulls as a safety issuethey lied to me about what was done when I presented photographic evidence they change their story said to bring it back the next day they would fix it I did they refuse to fix it said they won't do it I tried to get ahold of the manager or the person that oversees the whole business they refused to give it to me no information to contact anyone very disappointed in seans behavior and treatment of the situation as well as the other front desk staff so if you want to be flat-out lied to and not have your things checked or you're business with them fulfilled as promised go to them if you want it done and done right go somewhere else it was a referral from discount tire I told them about the problem and they didn't care either so let the buyer beware I wouldn't go to them or send anyone to them if they were the last service station in this town read more

Hayden did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and gave me the "straight goods" with no pressured upsell talk. He is very good at his job. I was disappointed. I had my air compressor replaced a year in a half ago and it's already shot. This is after I had spend $1600 on getting it installed. Now I have to have it replaced - of course they only gave me a 1 year warranty so now its not under warranty. It's amazing to me how the timing of that happened since it just past expiration of the warranty and died out. For that kind of money I would have thought I would have received a better compressor. I'm taking it elsewhere to have the compressor replaced this time. read more

I asked the guy (Hayden) how much would it cost to do that job but he did not answered me, he went inside and came back with a grease gun and proceeded to grease the pins.
