Debbie is also excellent, very professional and patient and helpful on design as well. Prices are also reasonable. The only reason I give them a four instead of a five star review is due to the small in-house selection; I understand the reasons why, but I wish they had a little bigger showroom with more lighting displays. Of course you can always order online, but it's also nice to see everything as is.

If customer service is that important to you, make an appointment because they don't have sales staff on the floor, their staff is actually busy completing designs and processing orders. If you want a sales person on the floor, head to Lowe's. Yes, these stores tend to be very pricey because they are in business to make as much of a profit as possible and if they can get you to pay $7000 for that tub, they are winning! There are other options for purchasing kitchen and bath appliances, fixtures and accessories. However, if you don't want to spend the time really searching the various options and you don't mind plunking down the cash, this store just might be your ticket. I like this store over their competitor because they had a greater variety and it didn't read "pretentious". You might look up and see "Game of Thrones" and Cinderella sharing the same space, (lighting). When it comes to my kitchen and bath decor, it needs to be simple and clean in design. These are highly functional areas that must be calm, relaxing and free of visual clutter or bling. My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

Finding the bulb for this lamp has been a time-consuming affair over the years, with few options (including Internet retailers). I have been able to find the replacement bulbs at Alpa Lighting since they opened. This unique little store carries a huge number of bulbs, and tons of lamps, indoor and outside lighting and accessories. I'm glad they're around, BUT two stars get taken off from this yelp rating because they don't take bulbs purchased there back for recycling.

First I'll start by stating Chris from Atlanta Irrigation Services is very respectful of our time…read more I made an appointment and although the company is located on the opposite side of the city he showed up with flags in hand on time. We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. Five Stars from the Watson family. We sincerely thank you guys for an epic experience.
