Allgreen installed a sprinkler system in my front and backyard in Avondale Estates. They were quick and did the whole installation by early afternoon. 2 year warranty on parts and labor. Very professional and communicative company. They cleaned my yard, washed off my driveway and made sure I was happy. They have been in business for 35 years and it shows. I've been working with Ken from Allgreen since 2001, so 20 years through 2 homes. In the first home, Allgreen installed about a dozen new sprinkler systems in our new construction neighborhood in Alpharetta on 1/2 acre lots and did a fantastic job. In my 2nd home which came with an existing system, Ken came out and re-designed the zones to work with newly installed landscaping and did a wonderful job! Last year, Ken came out and saved the day, helping to identify a leak in my front yard thought to be coming from the sprinkler system. When they determined it was from my water main, they were able to repair the line and it's still working almost 2 years later. Ken and crew are amazing and can count me among their loyal customers that rely on them in metro Atlanta for well over 20 years. Family owned business with great service and very reasonable prices! We had several broken sprinkler heads and needed a solution for watering trees that we just had planted. Sean came out yesterday right as scheduled and was friendly and helpful. They were able to fix everything in about an hour an half including adding two new sprinkler heads for the new trees. This company provided very poor customer service. They did damage at our personal home while doing an installation. They hid the damage they caused on the day of their installation but it was exposed a few days later. Then they denied causing any problems. When we called them to tell them of the problem, they wouldn't do anything about it, so we hired another person to fix the problem. When we contacted them and asked them to reimburse us for the problem they caused they continued to deny that they had done anything wrong. We had pictures of what they did and they didn't care. Ken installed our sprinkler system 2 years ago. He was very professional and did a great job. Today we came home after being on vacation and found a leak in our sprinkler system. Ken came to our home within an hour of being called and even though it was not Allgreen's problem, Ken fixed our system and we have water in our home as well as a fixed sprinkler system. The leak in our sprinkler system was caused by AT&T installing equipment in our area and hitting the sprinkler equipment. I highly recommend Allgreen Irrigation Systems. read more

Ken put our system in 8 years ago. Did a great job, very professional and it is still working like the first time they put it in.

Ken with AllGreen was supposed to show up at a job at 8:30 a.m. We confirmed the appointment about 5 times. Then when the day comes he just doesn't show up, calls at 10:00, says he was "busy", acts rude about it, and then doesn't even apologize. Horrible service and broken promises. read more
