Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). Think twice before you hire Rainmaker. I had a horrible experience. It seems that this company is…read moreout just for the money it can make & not bothered with customer care/service. I hired them for some sprinkler work (paid over $400) and had to call back because one of the above-ground sprinklers wasn't working. The tech didn't find any issue and the sprinkler turned on with the first try (maybe a squirrel jumped on it and knocked it back into working mode -- I just don't know). Rather than counting is as standing behind their service and part of customer care, Rainmaker charged me an additional $170 for the tech's visit (the same they charge for a whole system assessment). No doubt, Rainmaker would have found any excuse to charge me for the follow on visit: charge if system works for the tech because customer shouldn't have asked for a follow up (although the system hadn't worked for them); charge if system doesn't work by "finding" an after-service issue.
