We hired Conserva Irrigation of North Atlanta to install our new irrigation system and to correct drainage issues affecting our property. From our very first meeting with Ali - the company owner, we knew this was the company we wanted for our project. First of all, within 15 minutes of my initial call requesting an appointment I received a call from Ashley, the office manager. Within the next 24 hours their representative showed up to discuss our project and to give us an estimate. At the beginning of the meeting we had no idea we were talking to the owner. To then discover that we were getting the personal attention of the owner was very reassuring to us. We appreciated that he was very patient with us - taking the time to answer ALL of our "dumb" questions and explaining their install methods and the products they would be installing. Not only did Ali tell us about the features of the main components but he also took the time to explain their benefits to us and how, by installing only the latest water conserving technologies, we could expect to save upwards of 25% - 60% on our water bill. We had our written formal estimate within an hour of our meeting! Everything we had discussed was clearly documented. Then, to my surprise, and much appreciation, Ali called and said that he was sending his drainage manager to meet with us to review the drainage portion of our project and to make sure our issues would be resolved. The next day we met with Ian (and learned he has almost three decades of in field experience in drainage and irrigation) and he spent a good amount of time with us reviewing every issue we were having and how to best address them. After this second meeting we knew for sure that this is the only company we would use! And, did I mention that, unlike at least one of their competitors, our two meetings and our Conserva Irrigation estimate were FREE! Ali and his team demonstrated to us from early on that we were important to them and that they truly wanted to earn our business. After we signed our agreement, we were so happy when they scheduled our installation to happen within ten days. So, on Friday, June 9th, not only did a crew of four workers show up - led by a very professional, friendly foreman, Jose, but Ali and Ian both showed up to walk the entire project with his crew and to address any last minute concerns that we might have had. WOW! We were so impressed with the crew! They worked tirelessly for almost ten straight hours and completed our entire project! They took extreme care of our property and by the time they were finished we could, in 99 per cent of the areas, not even tell they had just completed major work. They even did a thorough clean up of our driveway and walk way to our front door. Upon completion, Jose walked our entire property with us, explaining what they did in each section for both irrigation and drainage. He then spent a good hour helping me program the Hunter Pro controller, set up the HydraWise app on my iPad and running each zone to ensure I have head-to-head water coverage (as they refer to it) over my entire property. Over the years, my wife and I have had many projects done to our various homes, and we both agree that our experience with every person at Conserva Irrigation of North Atlanta, as well as how they completed our project, treated our home and property and the respect that even the laborers showed us, makes this company the absolute #1 company we have ever used for any home project we have had done to any of our homes. Conversa fixed a small section of pipe in my irrigation system. They charged me $459 for a 15 minute job that required no special tools, equipment, or skills. I agreed to it, so that's on me, but I wouldn't use them again. read more

this happens every single year I hired them to come turn on the system and do a full inspection. They assure me that everything is great And take my money and leave. A week later I noticed that the grass is still dry and realized that half of the heads are still clogged and not working this happens all the time. The one that they did replace, they had aiming into the bushes watering and not watering the grass. read more

Had our spring serve start up performed and our technician (Alex Hill) quickly identified a ln irrigation valve issue which was preventing the irrigation from turning on. After his diligence and professional troubleshooting he discovered that when our main water line for t​he house was replaced in late February, the plumbing company also disconnected the valve to the irrigation line. Alex was able to reconnect and reinstall it so our irrigation will be working this Spring and summer and we are very appreciative for all he is done. We've had Conserva do two expensive jobs for us repairing sprinkler damage done by plumbers. Plumbers agreed to reimburse us, but wanted some questions answered about the bill. Conserva has repeatedly not responded to texts, calls, messages from us requesting this information. We've been trying for over a month. We've gotten promises from employees that they will respond. Nothing. Very suspicious when you are not willing to discuss charges. All we want to do is be reimbursed by the plumbers. Will update if there's been a communication error and Conserva responds in a thorough manner. But for now we would have nothing to do with this business. Steer clear. read more

I had a contract with company for many years.It has now "merged" with two companies. I literally paid $350 and they did no service.In the spring they left covers off that floated away. Called numerous time, never showed up. Scheduled shut off service many times. Never showed, finally reached a person who apologized, then they changed date and time through various email liker I was supposed to be here 12 hours a day. My box is in the garage. finally came after I called multiple times, I am not confident that they serviced it properly since in the past it took 30-45 minutes. The guy left without telling me. There are two valves, he never came in the back.Buyer beware this company is in trouble. I would give them no stars if yelp allowed. read more

Can't speak to the quality of their work, but I called them up to ask about having a pipe fixed on my sprinkler system. I wanted to get someone out as soon as possible and had called two other businesses that couldn't see me for at least a month. They could see me the next week, but I was informed that they would charge the $159 fee just to have someone come out to my house. Then the cost of the service would be on top of that. I went ahead and booked the appointment, but then called one more company. They were at my door in 2 hours, fixed the pipe same day. Needless to say, I didn't keep this appointment. * * * Had an annual contract for $350 to service our sprinklers. Tech came out to winterize our sprinklers--turned water on to test. Then left them on. Cycle ran on a freezing day and killed our plants. Owners claimed they would do right by us then denied wrong doing tried blame the weather. Note in pictures where frozen parts/ice accumulated on the plant bottom halves only to sprinkler height. Ironically head of training actually came by to check it for spring if we wished-- they had a certain kind of weird audacity to believe they were getting a contract renewal. Or there was an epic communication failure. I showed him the damage and he agreed definitely from sprinklers icing the plants. Plants don't die just at the bottom from cold weather. Said he would talk to owners and get them to reimburse our expenses from Pike to replace. Of course heard nothing again. I am to provide anyone with more photos--I have 20 iced plants follows by 20 half dead plants. Mistakes happen --it's how a business handles it that matters. In reply as of latest, Conserva has resorted to ad hominem approach that effectively I am a dishonest and hysterical woman--the old line used to discredit and belittle women for so long. Visit google reviews to see that. I The whole event is a shame as prior to this we had really really good experiences with our system re-engineering. So this is not a competence complaint per se. The measure of a business is when it owns up to its errors. This is where Conserva failed us. I stand by my offer of additional photos showing plant death from only the water-line down and have uploaded more here for everyone; not the whole plant evenly as cold weather would create. Again, several and our receipt for services uploaded here for you. Do zoom in, you will see pictures showing the plants with ice half-way up at the sprinkler line, then in another set the same plants brown (while the top is alive--again not what cold weather does), then barren of leaves and dead under that same ice line (again cold weather kills a whole plant). I also loaded several pictures of other ice-laden plants half way up and our ground cover completely covered. All died when the tech left the system on after winterizing it, on a cold day. These photos are of courses time stamped and are legitimate per the date shown on the uploaded receipt. Records from Pike Nurseries who had to come deal with the damage left behind confirm this as well. Unless, well, they are just hysterical too. Physics and thermodynamics really are not debatable as a he said/she said, and photos do not fib or have a perspective--also certain they are not hysterical as a rule of thumb. I can also offer email records to anyone seriously interested and need of review. I think the net here is; just be cautious as accidents do happen (as here, I do not think the tech intended to harm things); but your vendor needs to stand by their folks and services and make things correct. We have several emails replying things would be corrected, but Conserva chose not to reimburse even a portion or refund our $350 (again corrected) contract. We sought only 1/2 the labor to replace the damaged plants and a refund of our contract, this is a matter of email record. I think the chosen behavior towards a complainant who was a customer of several years and thousands in services, left with no choice to post a negative review absent corrective progress, is also telling when one chooses a vendor. I hired Conserva Irrigation recently to fix a drainage issue from the water that was running off my driveway and in to my backyard. They put in a drain pipe from the bottom-corner of my driveway that ran underground and out in to the woods. The plan seemed sound enough. However a couple weeks later I started a landscaping project in that same part of my yard and my landscapers discovered that Conserva Irrigation didn't bury the pipe deep enough and it therefore required the water to run uphill before it reached the woods. This of course led to more water backups. Conserva Irrigation's mistake was discovered late in the day on a Saturday and I had a short window between rain days, so I had to have my landscapers fix the mess Conserva Irrigation caused immediately or I risked losing work days and the ability to prevent further erosion of my yard. The following Monday I contacted Conserva Irrigation about the issue (Their office is closed on Saturday and Sunday). They said they would speak to the people who did the job and then call me back. They never called back. I reached out to them today (Friday) for a followup and I was told that because I didn't give them the opportunity to fix the problem then there was nothing they could do for me. Being given the opportunity to fix your mistakes is not an unreasonable request, but again I was facing workers who were trying to complete a job before we again received more historic levels of rainfall. I explained my situation to Conserva Irrigation but they were standing by their position that the problem was mine and they weren't offering anything. Had they come out they might have been able to fix the problem they caused. But given how poorly they did the job the first time, if you're looking for someone to do drainage or irrigation work you would probably be better off hiring someone who will do the job right the first time or at least be more willing to own their mistakes. read more

Mike, our technician, arrived promptly at scheduled time. He listened to my concerns on a part of the irrigation system and quickly assessed the entire system. His knowledge about irrigation and past experience with landscaping identified not only my initial problem but a couple of other potential problems. His quote was reasonable, and put me back into business in no time. He worked non-stop to make sure the work was perfect. Hired Conserva to repair leak and non-functioning system. Was told cost would be $159 for service charge, then once problem was diagnosed, I would be given estimate to repair. After 2 hour of technician digging, I inquired as to what the status was. Tech advised he is digging and charging me $159/hour until he finds the leak, then will tell me cost to repair. Had I not asked, who knows how long the hourly charge would have gone. Did not fix problem, very unprofessional Tech. read more

I hired Conserva to repair and reconfigure my sprinkler system. I interviewed three companies as this was a costly repair. Conserva was the highest cost proposal but the estimator seemed to listen and said he could do all that I requested. When he came out to perform the work, however, he said he could not do everything because he did not bring enough supplies. He did only 2/3 of what he proposed; installed sprinkler heads in the wrong location ; disconnected zoned he was not supposed to and removed three zones entirely from my controller. When I called to request that they come back out and repair their repairs, the manager was combative and rude. He offered to come back out but informed me that if they determined that it was "new work," I would have to pay additional money for the "new work." It was clear, by the tone of his communication, all work was going to be "new work." I will be hiring another company to repair the repair performed by conserva. read more

I prepaid for 2022 and 2023 winterization service. When the technician came out, he found that there is no shut-off valve to drain the water. I called the office and they promised to refund the money. After calling numerous times (due to the office manager not being at the office), they refused to refund the amount for 2022 service that they didn't perform read more

I would not reccomend this company at all. if I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait 45 days for the appointment Nice gentlemen comes out and fixes main connection and a few leaks, just as he is leaving we notice another leak--says "I can't fix this now, sorry you have to make another appoitment". So, I have to wait another month for another guy to come out and fix. Ok handcuffed but pay bill New guy comes fixes the the leak, runs the system several times confirms no issues--perfect pay bill Three days later mainline leaking and dixcover another leak in system. So I call on a Sunday (last guy came on Friday) told someone will call you. Finally get a call on Tuesday and they will be out to take a look three weeks later. New guy shows up -Nice guy- says we did not due this work (not our equiptment) wait the only person to touch this is your last team member, sorry first guy quit, I can't call him to confirm. Now they want to charge me another $550 to fix. I had to speak to a lady on the phone who could care less about the reputation of her employeees and the comapany. They were there when they said they would be and completed my job on time even though it had stormed one afternoon which I thought would add more time. We have an irrigation system that has not functioned for quite a while. Determined to have it repaired we contacted Conserva Irrigation for a quote to get it working. Ashley was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. Dennis and Conner arrived at our home within the time frame given and got to work quickly to see what needed to be done. They were both very professional and patient in answering our questions. After checking our system they gave us a fair estimate that we accepted. They were unable to complete the job that day but did repair a zone that allowed us to water our plants. I look forward to having Dennis and Conner complete the rest of the repair. read more
