From the moment I called, the XTREME team was professional, prompt, and incredibly kind. When I…read moretell you the stress of calling multiple towing companies and to finally get thru to a LIVE PERSON! Made this experience 10x better then expected! They arrived super quick, handled everything with ease and made a incredibly stressful situation so much lighter. - The driver went above and beyond for me! Very communicative, courteous, and clearly XTREMELY experienced. I've used other towing companies before, but none were this personable and helpful! - Other companies do not compare to this level of service! What really stood out, aside from the top-tier service, was the price, it was fair and far more reasonable than other quotes I received. If you ever need a tow, this is the company you want on your side! 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend!

I had to enter a star amount to post this. the service this weekend was by far NEGATIVE! !!…read more Lemme tell you about my experience with X Treme Transport and Tow from Chester, NY. In early April, I found myself backed into a ditch. Liam from XTreme was at my house within 35 minutes. Less than what they estimated he would be. He was AMAZING! Now CONSUMER BEWARE!! Saturday night/Sunday morning experience was WAY LESS THEN GREAT! ! when my battery died, I didn't hesitate to call XTreme first because of my experience with Liam. my battery was almost dead so I used my limited battery to call XTreme as opposed to AAA because of my experience with Liam being outstanding. The driver, Ryan, arrived in about forty five minutes. He arrived with a dead jump pack and was unable to start the car. He ran back to the shop to get a different one, only to find there was not another. He came back to tell me there was not an additional pack and they had no jumper cables, said their other truck was in Maryland.... And left. Now not only my car battery was dead... so was my phone battery. When I was able to get into Walmart at 6am , but a charger block, get suns charge and I turn my phone on to a message from XTreme saying since they dispatched a driver, they hope I understand I Owe them $95!!!!! when I jsaid I was going to post my experience on google, fb, yelp, etc their tune changed fast saying the driver has since going on his way another call. Said it was not my fault they did not have the proper equipment to help me and they closed out my call at no charge. How nice of them, right?!? I have screenshots for anyone who would like the receipts! I wouldn't believe it myself if it didnt happen to me . Sadly, it was an attempt to collect from me. I knew better, but some people will pay it! That's called extortion. Shame on them!

My mechanic recommended this shop for my inspection. I didn't if I needed to make an appointment I…read morejust went straight there. My current sticker had expired by 3 months. The shop I had been going to the last 6 plus years the state is not allowing them to do inspections anymore so this shop took me right away. Very thankful for that. The owner spoke with respect, didn't pick up on any nasty/ rude vibes. If I did he wouldn't gotten my business. Inspection was done in a very timely fashion. The shop itself is truly a MESS and well season. I paid for the inspection and tipped because of the short notice & no appointment.

They charged me $40 for an inspection. I questioned it but didn't argue when he repeated himself…read morebecause it was the last day to get my inspection done, and I had to go home to get my inhaler then get straight to work. I had called to book an appointment that day, and I arrived 15 minutes before I was told to, so I did anticipate at least a 15 minute wait. But there was a line going up the road and the parking lot was full when I got there. I asked a few guys if something was wrong, and they said everyone was on line for a first come, first serve inspection. The shop doesn't do appointments. However, I knew I booked an appointment earlier, so I parked in the line and walked into the shop. I told a mechanic that I seemed to be on line for first come, first serve line, but I had booked an appointment, although someone on line said there is no such thing. I asked what's happening. He was polite. He said it's tight but go into the parking lot and park wherever I could find a spot. They'll be right with me. I did and was then avoided for probably over an hour. I probably wouldn't have been able to leave if I tried because everywhere was packed. The people working there wouldn't acknowledge me at all after I was in the lot. It was as if I was invisible. Cars that arrived on the road long after I had were getting inspected and leaving. I asked a woman waiting with me if she had ever been there before and if it's a legitimate business. She said it was her second visit, but she never went for an inspection. She said they gave bad vibes, but she felt they also did good work the first time. So, I didn't try leaving, although I probably should've. The shop was beyond filthy. My asthma was triggered when I went inside to talk to someone. I think it was a customer who saw me wheezing and told me to get my car and park near him by the bays. After that the people working there started acknowledging me told me to drive up to the bay. I don't know if that was when they planned to tend to me or if the customer told them to take me before him. He had to move his car for me to get in. My car was passed in a glance, but the whole wait was still inconvenient and I was overcharged.
