Fortunately I had taken pictures of my vehicle. Service rep backed off after being enlightened by this fact. Assured me he would get it repaired. Pick the vehicle up a week later yes the work appears satisfactory. Worth the exception of the poor detail work. Further upon reading receipt and inspecting my vehicle. Claimed they changed entire rear hatch I doubt it though. I have an emblem that would have had to be removed in order to replace that batch and it wasn't. So no I do not recommend this place.
