Next morning rep calls me up to inform me my car apparently had been also damaged under their care. But initially asked me if I was aware of this new damage. Fortunately I had taken pictures of my vehicle. Service rep backed off after being enlightened by this fact. Assured me he would get it repaired. Pick the vehicle up a week later yes the work appears satisfactory. Worth the exception of the poor detail work. Further upon reading receipt and inspecting my vehicle. Claimed they changed entire rear hatch I doubt it though. I have an emblem that would have had to be removed in order to replace that batch and it wasn't. So no I do not recommend this place.

Him an I just had to order these parts from our car companies so we can fix on our own! I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Terrible work!!!

I'm writing this review as a former employee who wants to offer insight for potential customers…read more During my time working at this mechanic shop, I witnessed several troubling practices that customers deserve to be aware of. There were instances where parts were charged for but never actually installed. In some cases, unnecessary parts were sold to customers who didn't need them, and at times, the work billed was not fully completed. These practices were not isolated or accidental--they happened frequently enough to be considered routine. Additionally, the shop often lacked qualified technicians to perform repairs properly. Corners were cut, and customer vehicles did not always receive the level of care and attention they deserved. I'm sharing this to encourage others to ask questions, request to see the old parts that were "replaced," and to get second opinions if something doesn't feel right. Your safety and your wallet are worth protecting!

I brought my vehicle in to this shop shortly after it had sustained some minor damage from a…read moreparking lot hit and run. The repair, I was originally told, would take about 2 days. My car ended up being there over a week! I was told several times that there was a delay in the shop obtaining a replacement part due to a supply issue. This created a hardship for me, as like most people, I need my vehicle for work and other important weekly obligations. Fast-forward a few months later. While vacuuming out the rear of my car's hatchback area, I notice several chunks of glass stuck in crevices under the rug and along the perimeter of the storage area. I soon realized what they were from - my rear glass window had been broken at some point! Upon careful examination, I could clearly tell the glass had been recently replaced, as the defrost lines were brand-new and the condition of the glass was that of a new automobile. I then realized that this shop had broken the glass, and rather than call me about the matter to explain their mistake (of which I would have been OK with - we all break things accidentally), they lied to me about why the repair was taking so long - because they needed to buy time to replace the broken glass! When I confronted them about this, they admitted to breaking the glass and said they lied to me because they didnt' want to upset me about the damage to the glass! Unbelievable !

Basically telling me I would have to pay for the whole job again. When I ask him what he meant he told me his mechanic has to work on the car again which is about 5 Hrs of labor which was the same price $700 not to mention the $1100 he initially charged for the whole job.He was very dismissive and didnt want to stand behind his work or guarantee it .Absolutely absurd! This is not how a business should conduct business. I could of taken it anywhere else for half the price. I had to take it to my mechanic and pay again for the job to be done the right way... these guys at elite are clowns. Guess what my mechanic found out .These Fucktards at ELITE AUTO WORK knew exactly what they did and never told me a thing. The mechanic snap one of the screws in half then tried to take it out with a tap and snap that inside trying to take the screw out and left that inside. He then put silicone around the new valve cover, cut an old screw or put the same one he snapped with silicone.I guess he put silicone just so it would look like it was screwed in.Instead of just taking out the screw and the tap that he broke. This would of never worked with all the pressure inside the valve cover when the car is on.So basically you charge your consumer double for your mechanics incompetence & dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would give zero stars.I posted pictures of what these guys do at the Elite shop.--- **consumer Beware**
