I was involved in a car accident (rear-ended). I have Liberty Mutual but the other person had State Farm. So I went to this State Farm suggested body shop, instead of my normal shop. I went in the first week of September and got an emailed the estimate on September 8th, I notified them them that my sunroof was also not working but was not noted on the estimate. One of the ladies who work in the front office assured me she would put it on the chart and they would look at it when I dropped my car off for service. A month later I was finally called to drop off my car (October 9) to be fixed. I needed a new bumper and a truck/hatch door (I have a Nissan Rogue SUV). It was about a week when I called for an update, when they told me my car was ready to be picked up, I asked about the sunroof. They said they weren't sure and they'd have a look real quick. I was practically forced to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon without them fixing the sunroof; and had I not asked they wouldn't have investigated what was wrong. They're excuse was they weren't sure if it was accident related, though this doesn't explain why they didn't look at it until I asked as I was getting pushed out the door. I was then told to call back on Monday to find out which day they would be able to look at my car. The work that was done on my car came out great and Al Spellmon was very professional throughout this whole process. The following week I called about a new appointment; one of the front ladies (I am truly sorry i didn't get her name) stated she had to ask and she would call me back and took my number down. A few days later still no return call, so I called back. She stated "We were expecting you to drop it off a few days ago". When I replied "I don't know how, since you never called me back with a date to bring it in"; I was placed on hold and the she finally gave me an appointment for the following Wednesday. My car was dropped off Tuesday afternoon for my Wednesday (11-1-17) appointment. I hadn't heard anything all week as to the status of my car, life got a little crazy and I did not call for an update (which I take full responsibility for). I called today 11-6-17 for an update. The first time i called no answer so I left a message; no return call so I called again. I was told by one of the ladies (whom was very rude) "We've been waiting for you to pick up your car. We called and left a message". I have received no phone calls/missed calls or voicemails on either my home phone or cell phone. When I asked what number she called she just kept saying the phone number on file but would not repeat the number back to me. I asked about my car and was placed on hold, then returns to tell me that No they did not fix the sunroof, they believe it was not accident related (which i disagree with) and that it is the button that is broken not the motor. I asked for an estimate on how much it would be to get that fixed to which she replied they don't know and for me to call Nissan. So why did it take you almost a week to DO NOTHING AND STILL NOT CALL ME!! When was I going to be called to get my car and if you left a message and i still didn't pick up the car when were you going to call again???? Absolute worst customer service ever. I will never ever return as a customer and will make sure to tell EVERYONE about my treatment there. I do not recommend this place unless you are looking to waste your time or are looking for the run-around. I was lied to multiple times and given an attitude for no reason.
