My car received significant cosmetic damage to the front of it, but when I picked it up, it looked even better than it did prior to the accident. Throughout the process, Apple's communication was wonderful, as they sent me text updates letting me know the estimated date of completion, as well as the estimated charges. Not only that, but they finished the repairs almost a week ahead of the estimate. Unfortunately, I moved out of town shortly after the accident, otherwise they would be my go-to auto body from now on. Cannot recommend them enough!

So after it being there a month they finally called and Said they repaired everything so we went to check on the car and it looked even worse then from the accident. They ruined the car more and didn't even repair most of the things that needed to be fixed. So we had to leave the car there again for practically another 2 weeks. Then the owner said it was gonna be ready mid week so we stopped by and they hadn't even started fixing it. So then we had to wait another week and we go today and the car still isn't 100%. I wouldn't even recommend my sworn enemy to this place!

I'm 59 years old, so do the math on how many cars I've owned. When done right, car 'shopping' can be fun, but as we all know, not always. Car 'buying' is always much more challenging. And sometimes downright awful. Hard to find the model you want, rude or inattentive salespeople. And when I know more about the car than they do - which is way too often, can be super frustrating. And then the time it takes to complete the transaction on pick-up day can be perplexing, lengthy, and otherwise maddening. I share all this because my experience at Orange County BMW (Harriman, NY) was the OPPOSITE of that. It was just terrific! My salesman (Jon Lanzkron) and the general manager (Sami Ozder) were incredibly friendly, helpful, understanding of my situation, and HIGHLY engaged and responsive. I wanted to design my own spec on the car, which can be tricky from a timing standpoint. These guys walked me through the whole process and made it fun and seamless. It gets even better. On pick-up day, it only took about 60 minutes to complete the paperwork, shift my insurance, etc. It could have probably been even quicker, but I'm kind of chatty. Then the BMW Genius did an expert job walking me through the car's awesome tech features and then I was on my way. I cannot say enough about Jon, Sami and the Orange County BMW dealership.

After conferring with Nick, he cleared the "error". I went to pick up my car the next day, drove off and the engine light came on again. I reached out to Nick and he scheduled me 2 weeks out for a loaner to assess the error message. I dropped my car off April 21, 2026. Nick assured me he would reach out by the following day. It's been 2 weeks, I haven't received a phone call or update on the status of my vehicle. I contacted the dealership every day after April 22nd, was transferred to a number, where no one picked up! However, I did speak to the Service Manager Sophia, who was no help! Oh and to add insult to injury, i reviewed the live activity for my car, IT'S BEEN PARKED SINCE I DROPPED IT OFF !! As of the writing of this review, I am disappointed and have forwarded a letter to the General Manager, Corporate and BBB, for resolution! I don't recommend anyone come here to service their vehicle.

I Have had both rhino and linex before. They applied Hybrid Rhinoliner which to me is closer to linex in texture and hardness than older Rhino formulas.

They took me and my car to their shop in Vails Gate, conveniently located only 15 minutes from my apartment. The tow truck driver explained the entire process very clearly to me. My car was totaled and obviously that's no fun to deal with but the driver, and the owner did a great job of offering great customer service and making me comfortable as I dealt with the process.
