Turned out while one tire was leaking the other three weren't in such great shape either. They mobilized and quickly replaced all four. We were on the road again in just a few hours. In early April, I found myself backed into a ditch. Liam from XTreme was at my house within 35 minutes. Less than what they estimated he would be. He was AMAZING! Now CONSUMER BEWARE!! Saturday night/Sunday morning experience was WAY LESS THEN GREAT! ! when my battery died, I didn't hesitate to call XTreme first because of my experience with Liam. my battery was almost dead so I used my limited battery to call XTreme as opposed to AAA because of my experience with Liam being outstanding. The driver, Ryan, arrived in about forty five minutes. He arrived with a dead jump pack and was unable to start the car. He ran back to the shop to get a different one, only to find there was not another. He came back to tell me there was not an additional pack and they had no jumper cables, said their other truck was in Maryland.... And left. Now not only my car battery was dead... so was my phone battery. When I was able to get into Walmart at 6am , but a charger block, get suns charge and I turn my phone on to a message from XTreme saying since they dispatched a driver, they hope I understand I Owe them $95!!!!! when I jsaid I was going to post my experience on google, fb, yelp, etc their tune changed fast saying the driver has since going on his way another call. Said it was not my fault they did not have the proper equipment to help me and they closed out my call at no charge. How nice of them, right?!? Instead, the driver brought my car to their own shop, and refused to bring it where it was supposed to go, Apparently this happens several times per week and they do the same thing every time. The nasty woman on the phone yelled when I told them to follow AAA's directions - I had to get someone else to tow the car from Apple to an actual reputable business. By the way, my car broke down and this all happened while driving my son home from surgery. He is in pain and recovering - Apple knew this and still didn't let it affect their decision to try to scam me. DON'T USE OR HIRE FOR ANY PURPOSE - SCAMMERS

So after it being there a month they finally called and Said they repaired everything so we went to check on the car and it looked even worse then from the accident. They ruined the car more and didn't even repair most of the things that needed to be fixed. So we had to leave the car there again for practically another 2 weeks. Then the owner said it was gonna be ready mid week so we stopped by and they hadn't even started fixing it. So then we had to wait another week and we go today and the car still isn't 100%. I wouldn't even recommend my sworn enemy to this place!

The Lien is canceled and Loyal Tire must return the vehicle. This is a win for our community against these people. We went there to pick up the truck and Mr. Hagopian first said to give him the truck then said no. The police were called. And now there is a contempt motion Against Him, to charge him with Criminal Contempt. We hope the truth will continue to come out. Search for the ruling from the Judge and what he found about Loyal Tire and Anthony and Michael Hagopian. Dont take my word for it.. Listen to Judge Williams. We now have a case with AAA for what they did to us by sending these people. The good fight continues.

When they drove my truck into the shop they hit the lift and ruined one of the previously repaired tires. Because they didn't carry that tire anymore I was forced to purchase four new tires. To their credit I only had to pay for three. When they hit the lift they also gouged the wheel, again to their credit they offered to repair the damage. Finally, when they finished the job they left one of my locknuts loose enough that I could turn it by hand. So just understand that they are sloppy and unsafe in their workspace, but they attempt to make things right. Proceed with caution.
