They arrived super quick, handled everything with ease and made a incredibly stressful situation so much lighter. - The driver went above and beyond for me! Very communicative, courteous, and clearly XTREMELY experienced. I've used other towing companies before, but none were this personable and helpful! - Other companies do not compare to this level of service! What really stood out, aside from the top-tier service, was the price, it was fair and far more reasonable than other quotes I received. If you ever need a tow, this is the company you want on your side! 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend!

In early April, I found myself backed into a ditch. Liam from XTreme was at my house within 35 minutes. Less than what they estimated he would be. He was AMAZING! Now CONSUMER BEWARE!! Saturday night/Sunday morning experience was WAY LESS THEN GREAT! ! when my battery died, I didn't hesitate to call XTreme first because of my experience with Liam. my battery was almost dead so I used my limited battery to call XTreme as opposed to AAA because of my experience with Liam being outstanding. The driver, Ryan, arrived in about forty five minutes. He arrived with a dead jump pack and was unable to start the car. He ran back to the shop to get a different one, only to find there was not another. He came back to tell me there was not an additional pack and they had no jumper cables, said their other truck was in Maryland.... And left. Now not only my car battery was dead... so was my phone battery. When I was able to get into Walmart at 6am , but a charger block, get suns charge and I turn my phone on to a message from XTreme saying since they dispatched a driver, they hope I understand I Owe them $95!!!!! when I jsaid I was going to post my experience on google, fb, yelp, etc their tune changed fast saying the driver has since going on his way another call. Said it was not my fault they did not have the proper equipment to help me and they closed out my call at no charge. How nice of them, right?!? I have screenshots for anyone who would like the receipts! I wouldn't believe it myself if it didnt happen to me . Sadly, it was an attempt to collect from me. I knew better, but some people will pay it! That's called extortion. Shame on them!

I chose the curb. He was quite jolly about it when I called him out on it ( I did no name-calling, no berating. ) He said if I ever was trying to merge again that he would run me off the road again. This is highly dangerous and is also illegal behavior. No one needs drivers like this on our roads.

I brought my truck to Danny with a clear deadline, which he agreed to upfront. I was quite clear…read morethe deadline was a dealbreaker and he should not accept the work if he could not complete it on time. The timing was critical to my family's long-planned RV trip. Despite promising it would be done in "one, maybe two days tops," he missed the deadline completely without proactively updating me. He later told me he delayed my job to take a higher-paying walk-in. Ultimately it took him six days past our agreed upon deadline to finish the work. During that time, none of the completion timelines he gave proved accurate, leaving me unable to plan, without a vehicle, and uncertain if or when I'd get my truck back. As a result, the experience was extremely stressful, my family lost five days of vacation, had to cancel multiple appointments more than once, and was out over $200 in non-refundable reservations. To add insult to injury, when he finally presented the bill, the price was inflated -- followed by a long speech about how much he cares about his customers. Unprofessional and unreliable.
