I needed four new tires. I know next to nothing about tires. Large purchases regarding things outside of my wheelhouse can be daunting lol The employee who met me at the front desk was great - with a glance he knew the size of tire I'd need, pulled up the options for brands and prices for me, explained the differences between them so I could make an informed purchase, and not 20 minutes later I was done and heading home on four new tires. There was absolutely no one there and everything was closed up when I arrived. All of the bays were closed. On the door it even says that walk-ins are welcome. I stayed until about 6:15pm and as I was about to leave a random worker drove up from nowhere and said that they are open but he was the only one working and "had to leave". When I mentioned I had an appointment at 6pm for a state inspection he said that there is no one there that does NY state inspections Monday through Friday and that we would have to come back on Sunday. Why did the website allow me to make an appointment that this location was never able to keep in the first place? I tried to call customer service before taking my experience to social media, but when I called, I had reached them "outside of normal business hours". I felt that the whole experience was very unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend. Update: just tried to call the customer service number that the reply to this review suggested. I called during business hours. The hold program said I was number one in the queue. Then I got sent to voicemail. I called back. A person answered! Then I explained that I was calling regarding a response to a review I'd posted. She told me to hold and transferred me to a voicemail. I left a message.
