I needed four new tires. I know next to nothing about tires. Large purchases regarding things outside of my wheelhouse can be daunting lol The employee who met me at the front desk was great - with a glance he knew the size of tire I'd need, pulled up the options for brands and prices for me, explained the differences between them so I could make an informed purchase, and not 20 minutes later I was done and heading home on four new tires. Living 40 minutes from the shop and needing to first get the car from the other shop, Brian said he would gladly wait for us to fix the broken muffler strap for my husband, who needed the car emergently repaired so he could commute back to the city on Monday Morning. My husband was very impressed with their professionalism. They did not try to sell us up to a new muffler or any additions to boost the price. (also a miracle) He was light hearted, funny, professional and was able to assure me he had the parts in stock prior to getting there....No hostage taking!
