My SUV suspension just "felt off" and the techs at this shop discovered one of my sway bar links were completely broken. Don't ask me what that is but Good Lord they were able to fix me right up pronto. Thankfully I didn't need to leave my car her for 3 weeks like many mechanics ask you to do, well not exactly 3 weeks but they tend to take longer than a day at times. This team had me fixed up same day. The mechanic also told me my brakes were pretty worn out but that I could go a little longer before replacing them to save some money and get the most from my current brakes (rear). I value honesty and fair prices which in turn gets my respect & loyalty so the fact the mechanic told me my brakes were wearing out but he didn't want to take my money (yet) when I could get more life out of the brakes I currently have really is amazing. I was super thankful for the honest assessment of my brakes and opted to change them now rather than later. Besides I don't drive much so the brakes I had were probably last replaced about five years ago so from years of weather my rotors certainly looked bad, at least to an amateur like me because I'm certainly no mechanic. Overall I am super happy to have found this place and am committed to being a loyal customer for as long as I live in the Goshen area. If I eventually get a brand new car sadly the team here won't see me for a long time until that new car ages but I'd still recommend them in a heart beat. For now we will have a lasting business relationship for the next few years till my current SUV dies on me, hopefully not too soon under the care of these auto experts.     We visited Suresky Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon, intending only to look at a couple of Tucson…read moremodels I had seen on their website that weren't available near our home on the Hudson River. We planned to browse, with no intention of driving home in a new car. Within minutes of walking around the lot, we were greeted by a salesperson, Joe Alston. I'll admit, I'm not usually a fan of car salespeople, based on past experiences. With Joe, however, a relaxed mood kinda clicked right away upon introduction. Without going into every detail, the 2026 models I saw online weren't immediately available, but Joe showed us the 2025s, which were essentially the same. They weren't our preferred color, but we were able to take one for a test drive, taking turns behind the wheel. Joe excelled at making us feel comfortable and familiar with the vehicle during the test drive. When we returned, I noticed the XRT model in my wife's desired color and pointed it out. She originally preferred the other trim primarily because of the rims. Joe informed us that if we qualified, we could get the 2025 with 0% interest. My wife's response was, "For 0% interest, I can learn to love those rims!" Joe got the keys and showed us the car. Then, we checked our credit. We qualified for 0% and proceeded to the paperwork. Joe was also incredibly helpful in dealing with a rather underqualified person from our insurance company. He kept them on task while also ensuring all the important details, some of which we hadn't considered, were covered. Moving on to the finance officer, whose name I unfortunately don't recall, everything went smoothly. He clearly explained all the available add-ons without being overly pushy. After that, we went to the delivery area where another employee, whose name also escapes me, explained the vehicle's basic features. His process and thorough explanation of the features we weren't familiar with were outstanding. He was patient, answered all our questions, and ensured my wife felt completely confident driving the car off the lot. My wife has been driving the vehicle for three weeks now and loves it. We both appreciate the sleek design of the display center and how it doesn't protrude above the dashboard like in many other vehicles. She's also very pleased with her choice of the XRT trim, especially with two grandsons aged 4 and 6. The seats and interior are definitely kid-friendly and easy to clean. In conclusion, my wife and I highly recommend the Hyundai Tucson XRT, and especially Suresky Hyundai, to anyone. Ed & Kim Doyle

There was absolutely no pressure put on us and we were shown at least 3-4 different vehicles. Our trade-in was seamless. With all the "bells and whistles" we were also given a personal tutorial of what every feature is and how it works! We were given an excellent deal and we couldn't be happier with our selection! Thank you for alleviating fears, answering all our questions and taking the stress out of new car buying!!

He treated both of us with respect, valued our time, and ultimately got The job done... I went in to see the new lineup of vehicles for Dodge... Suresky has a terrific selection of Chargers and Challengers... that makes shopping easy opposed to have one or two choices... I saw the car of my dreams and worked out the best deal... Matt was great during this process... Then, Richard Brown put the icing on the cake... He got the payments and the best car on the lot to come home with me... My trade met and exceeded my expectations... Overall, The dealership proved once again how much they valued my business... I highly recommend them for the best selection anywhere but more importantly, as a customer, I did my homework, and they met me extremely fairly.. Finance was great too... Carlos I believe truly offered me the best warranty for my needs... A++ experience! And the product far exceeded my expectations!!!

    I thought I wrote a review about here years ago, but I don't see it…read more This is a dishonest company. They are much better service side than sales, but the trouble is that it's one company. I would give the sales team a rating below 0 if I could. It's nothing but lies and manipulative sales practices on that end. They are disgusting. I'd give service a three if they weren't a part of the same company as the sales team. I settled on rating Suresky a two. I have had issues with service, but this team isn't remotely as horrendous as Midas, for example. I've never wondered if they were making up issues or maybe even causing them. This dealership's work has never made me feel unsafe to drive. The car has yet to make new noises or feel out of wack before I can even pull out of the parking lot. I don't return within days with a list of new problems. The mechanics themselves seem to know their jobs. But it is a struggle to get even a recall attended to. The comments about them claiming not to have the parts each visit are accurate. If you try to be proactive and call to make sure the part is in before showing up for the appointment, it's as if they get offended. You end up transferred from department to department. Get tired of phone tag and just show up and you'll see they don't have the part again. This is just one example of bad communication. They just don't communicate well as a company. I've noticed that sometimes the mechanics are confused about why the car is there because the issue wasn't communicated to them, and they couldn't find anything upon inspection. They'll get the work done once they call to speak to you, but it might not be that day. Things like that makes life difficult for a one car family with a peculiar schedule. The frustrating part is that simple communication would nix the issue. Actual work is usually fine. Good luck when it isn't, but that's typical for the industry. The rare problem doesn't seem intentional, so I'm okay with here until I can find a shop with equal skill but better communication. I will say Suresky is surprisingly accommodating for emergencies. They are probably the best in the area that I've found in regards to that.
