I dropped my vehicle off for bumper replacement and minor damage to hatch. Dropped off vehicle with service rep. Next morning rep calls me up to inform me my car apparently had been also damaged under their care. But initially asked me if I was aware of this new damage. Fortunately I had taken pictures of my vehicle. Service rep backed off after being enlightened by this fact. Assured me he would get it repaired. Pick the vehicle up a week later yes the work appears satisfactory. Worth the exception of the poor detail work. Further upon reading receipt and inspecting my vehicle. Claimed they changed entire rear hatch I doubt it though. I have an emblem that would have had to be removed in order to replace that batch and it wasn't. So no I do not recommend this place. read more

this company came highly recommended by my car dealership for a repair to my car. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetent people not only did they try to rip my insurance company off but now a year later I'm find that they charged my ins co for parts that they never used which in turn caused more damage to my car. now this year my brothers car was hit an I recommended this bussiness which I will never do again they didn't put the screws back in his car door which cause his car door to fall off several times. Him an I just had to order these parts from our car companies so we can fix on our own! I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Terrible work!!! read more

The day I took my car to the shop I was so impressed that the owner drove me to the Enterprise Car Rental Agency to pick up my loaner car or otherwise I would have waited a hour . Rich went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of my claim and was efficient and timely to submit the pictures and supplemental paperwork for the claim. We had some difficulty with our garage door which caused damage to our trunk lid. We could not close the lid and brought it to Star because they had a good rating. Tyler was able to close the lid so we could use the car temporarily. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the process and gave us great advice so we decided to use Star. I have had been to star several times over the years , usually due to an encounter with a deer. Their work is excellent! The entire crew is very customer friendly and my car is usually finished either on time or before. My last trip there was because the spoiler was coming off. Somehow all but two bolts had vibrated off. I called the day before we made arrangements to take a look around lunch. They took my keys folled it onto the shop, pulled the trim to get the bolts and I was done in less that 45 minutes if that long. Once again they did a GREAT job and had me on my way faster that I thought it would take. read more

When all along It happened to be this shop. The process was streamline. From contacting one of their associates JJ. He walked me through their process and I was impressed. I decided to go with them. Well I can't say enough how satisfied i was with the end result. I'm very meticulous with my possessions and the car turned out dealer factory new. Everyone at Star collision including their receptionist was EXTREMELY pleasant. This place will be my go to place for any Body work needed to be performed and they billed my insurance company directly. 2012 - Joined Yelp Late but going back to review the Good and Bad. and 2nd Chancer's I'm giving them a pass this time - they made good on their spotty work, but I had to much bullshit with this deal.. Just because it was and Insurance deal doesn't mean it should have been treated like a "slap some paint on it and get it out job" like most auto body guys do. next time I use your services you will do it right the first time. - 2009 370Z if you want to discuses this - look up my car in your files so you know who I am. The only saving grace was having the owners Son repaint my car, he does excellent work and he will be the ONLY person who can touch my vehicle if I need their services in the future. I ABSOLUETLY would recommend him. I wish the rest of the repair staff was at his level, maybe that has changed since.. I think they have what it takes, I was sold on how well the exterior is maintained I assumed the quality of work reflected that.. Picked up the vehicle washed, wheels cleaned, and tires even rotated. Then when the window wouldn't work, they took my truck back to figure out what was wrong. They arranged for me to have another rental vehicle that would accommodate my family. I am expecting my fourth baby any moment now, and when I worried that my truck would be ready and my rental due back when I ended up in the hospital delivering, Star Collision assured me that they would deliver my repaired truck to me at the hospital and take the rental back for me. I have dealt with a a lot of auto body shops thought my years of owning cars (not just for accidents either sometime just for touchups of my classics) I have used body shops from South Florida to NY, this establishment has got them all beat hands down when it comes to the skilled worker to the office staff and supervisors. Brand new truck rear ended after a week on the road. They say 10 days, it will look like new, promise. After 17 days( manager said he held onto it because it wasn't perfect yet) I took a look and was devastated. There response, Ford says to do it this way, so pretty much tough crap. They left exposed rivets all throughout the wheel well instead of spot welding the skin on. It was so obvious within 5 seconds of looking at it, and still, complain to Ford was their response. I Haven't had to many experiences with body shops, thankfully, but this one sucked big time. So, new truck, Not so new anymore, thanks star collision. read more

I brought my car here after it was hit while innocently sitting in its parking space. The front bumper was completely knocked off and there were shattered pieces and bolts all over the ground. Must have been hit pretty hard. Star Collision took a look at it, worked with my insurance company, and gave it back to me four days later. It looks as though nothing had happened to it in the first place. It also appears that they washed the exterior and gave the interior a much-needed vacuuming. Everyone there is incredibly nice and professional as well. 5 Stars! read more
