I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift.
