James Good did body work on my car, and when we picked up the car, the grill was missing. He said the grill was on it's way and to come back in few days to have the grill installed. After that, he didn't return calls, texts or messages. On the rare occasion that I was able to speak to him directly - he arranged a time to meet to finish the work - then didn't show up. After 3 months of constantly trying to hook up, on the day we were to pick up the grill so we could have it installed at another shop, he said that he had never agreed to install the grill as part of the job and didn't have it. In addition, the bumper that was installed fell off within 2 days of the repair completion and return of the car. Totally unprofessional and very poor quality work. ZERO STARS.

After a quick conversation, I was told someone would be there in 20 minutes, which he was, I would be taken care of right away, which I was, and the cost was reasonable compared to four other companies who told me if i paid cash they could give me a break. For the record the other four quotes were still double the price and in one case almosr 3 times the cost of companies in the immediate area. The driver was there within 20, very professional, had my Jeep on his truck in 15 minutes and had my car in my driveway in 20 minutes. The owner was super nice and we happily tipped him for his wonderful service.
