Told him to address the thermostat hose, throttle housing and asked for an oil change as well. He had me buy the parts (great so far), we scheduled a day for him to make repairs. He showed up and changed the parts but couldnt get the car to stay on. He said the motor was probably blown or one of the pulleys were no good. And said the engine was smoking..Recommended to return and charge the battery and change the oil the following week. Unfortunately my sister paid him.... he said he would be back. I went to her house installed a new battery and an alternator. I sent Tom a video of the car working and just asked him to complete the oilchange since he was paid.. Tom agreed. Tom wont respond to texts or my calls. i have called and texted multiple times to give him the benefit of doubt before giving Tom this truthful and bad review. Dont waste yiur time with dishonest, misdiagnose and non standup Tom C mobile mechanic

Ashley, working in the office, seemed to really know what she was talking about, as if she had been a mechanic all her life. They took my car in right away, even though I didn't have an appointment, got the OEM compatible coils delivered and installed the next day (as soon as they came in). The price quoted was reasonable, and I was charged less than what they quoted. They got me on the road just one day later than I had planned. I arrived home with no problems, and my mpg was just as expected when I filled up back in VA.

At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me. I asked if the window was fixed, and he responded impatiently, saying he had already told me on the phone that he took the door apart, put it back, and it was now working. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would. I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge me since the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made. The owner then walked up close to my face and said, "I'll let you go this time, but don't ever come back here again. I think you're a bitch."
