Once started was sluggish, wanting to be put in a lower gear than normal, and the check engine light came on. I took it first to AutoZone, who recommended High End. it was a good recommendation. Ashley, working in the office, seemed to really know what she was talking about, as if she had been a mechanic all her life. They took my car in right away, even though I didn't have an appointment, got the OEM compatible coils delivered and installed the next day (as soon as they came in). The price quoted was reasonable, and I was charged less than what they quoted. They got me on the road just one day later than I had planned. I arrived home with no problems, and my mpg was just as expected when I filled up back in VA.

The cost was a reasonable amount for the work provided. Every person working at High End was welcoming and friendly. Ashley went over and above in EVERY way! Her warm personality, quick responses and willingness to help us get the car to a place 3 min. away was AMAZING! THANK YOU ASHLEY! We also appreciated Carmelo, the owner, who was so friendly.     Update on 12-22-14…read more This company doesn't like that people can see how poor their service is on Yelp. Way to go Yelpers!!! They are claiming that they don't do uhaul. Maybe they do not do Uhaul anymore but check out my photo. I uploaded a copy of my receipt with my named blacked out. They certainly did Uhaul last year. Perhaps they lost the contract with uhaul because of their practices. The reason I am updating my post and uploading a picture of my receipt now is because they said they never rented me a Uhaul and they are sending me emails calling me names. They are very unprofessional. I wouldn't use them for anything. This company is so bad. they even went to Yelp to have my review removed. I am re-posting my original review so others don't get taken... I was moving. My moving company didn't show up so I hired some local kids and needed a truck quickly. I have used uhaul many times. I usually get from a bigger uhaul location but this one was close. When you walk in there they have names on the wall of people that "have ripped them off". I'm sure that these were innocent people that were taken advantage of. My name might be there now for all I know. The lady told me I had to book it from my computer. They could not do it there easily. I was standing there trying to do it with my iPhone and told her this just was working out well. The website said I was getting a rate of .29 per mile. So after a few tries she got it to book. It was a one day rental. I had to have it back by 6:00 pm. The truck was snowed in. I lost about a half hour as they tried to pull it out of the snow. The truck they were using first to pull out my rental had its bumper ripped off. Good thing I stood far back. Then they used a tie rope that also came loose and would have killed someone standing close. They get it out and I am on my way. I look at my receipt and the gas says 1/4 tank. The truck is bone dry and says I have 7 miles to I run out. I call them on the phone. She says, "we noticed the gas and have marked it down on our end." I think ok cool. I lost a 1/2 hour of my time but I will finish early. I put $25 worth of gas in it. I finish my move and return early. The next day I get an email receipt charging me for a two day rental, $30 gas refill convenience fee, $35 for gas and .99 per mile. I call, no answer. I call, no answer. I drive over there. The same guy I gave the key to the night before says the owner is around back and he will get him. Ten minutes later he says he is in Poughkeepsie and gone for the day. I called uhaul and register a complaint. A day later I get a corrected bill except I am still being charged .99 per Mile. I drove so few miles I let it go. The uhaul rep called me and asked if I was happy. I said I was. My experience with uhaul is still good just not this place that seems to be a shady outfit.

    The store owner called me a "BITCH." I left my car for repair on September 28th, but after 10 days…read morewith no updates, I called three times to check the progress. The last time, he told me I could pick up my car at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed the door was still apart, and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me. I asked if the window was fixed, and he responded impatiently, saying he had already told me on the phone that he took the door apart, put it back, and it was now working. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would. I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge me since the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made. The owner then walked up close to my face and said, "I'll let you go this time, but don't ever come back here again. I think you're a bitch." He then quickly reassembled the door in three minutes, dropped my keys at me while looking down on me, went back into the store, and shut the door behind him.
