This past Saturday my dad needed help with a flat tire. I called the shop; they told me he could…read moredrop the car off because of a 1 1/2 hour wait (they were very busy). I asked if I could just bring the tire in (take it off his car and drop in my trunk). The girl on the phone went to ask if that would be OK. She told me to bring the tire/wheel in and the store manager would look at it. We got there and the service guy went out to get the boss. He was actually in the shop doing an alignment (must be a "working manager") , and said he would check the tire as soon as he was finished. About 20 minutes later he came out, grabbed the tire, and checked out the leak. He found a very small leak, showed us the bubbles coming out , patched it, balanced it, and we were out of there, after being there around 50 minutes total. They went out of their way on a very busy Saturday to help my dad out, and I'm (and especially my dad) very grateful for the customer service. I will be going there the next time I need tires. The service manager was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
