His answer...nothing. The truck quickly wouldn't start consistently again, so I called him and asked home to do the job. He was there the next day, did the job and the price was under his estimate. Got a call after 2p saying the quote is over double and no work had been done. They didn't start any work until after 4p. Should've called the customer as soon as you knew the cost and time were going to be outside the quote. We denied the updated cost and said just do the oil. And then they put the WRONG oil in my car. Also hire a front desk lady who doesn't mind talking to customers cause the one you got is garbage. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else and let this place close up.
