While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. John from Townline happened to be nearby and offered to test it at his shop, just 2 minutes away. Long story short, he tested it and found it was putting out fewer volts than it should have been. He swapped it out for me, and I was back on my way home. John could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me a lot more, but he proved to be honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They don't work weekends and will always schedule your service for the following week and once you drop it off it's ready that same day always. Very reliable and trustworthy people.
