I struggle to understand why this service took so long and why their slogan is "We sell tires", yet the tire sold to me took about 4 hours to be delivered from across the river, not sold in-house. I was very dissatisfied with the service provided, no explanation, sympathy or discount was provided for the inconvenience. They also tried to get me to replace the opposite tire, however I denied the service and consulted with another mechanic in town who said that tire was fine and did not need to be replaced. I got the other tire replaced at Mavis in Poughkeepsie for almost $100 less and their service was much quicker and they were super nice too!
