It's been a few years since it was serviced, at least. There are some DIY projects that I wouldn't hesitate to do. However, doing the AC on the car is not one of them. I'll let the experts at Valvoline do that. It's worth the money. It's a relief to know you don't have to watch them, to see if what they're doing is done. This past Saturday my dad needed help with a flat tire. I called the shop; they told me he could…read moredrop the car off because of a 1 1/2 hour wait (they were very busy). I asked if I could just bring the tire in (take it off his car and drop in my trunk). The girl on the phone went to ask if that would be OK. She told me to bring the tire/wheel in and the store manager would look at it. We got there and the service guy went out to get the boss. He was actually in the shop doing an alignment (must be a "working manager") , and said he would check the tire as soon as he was finished. About 20 minutes later he came out, grabbed the tire, and checked out the leak. He found a very small leak, showed us the bubbles coming out , patched it, balanced it, and we were out of there, after being there around 50 minutes total. They went out of their way on a very busy Saturday to help my dad out, and I'm (and especially my dad) very grateful for the customer service. I will be going there the next time I need tires. The service manager was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Normally do my own but I was working out of town and had the wife take it in to this store. Fast forward and we're due for another oil change but I just haven't had time to get to it for a few weeks. No big deal. Then I begin to hear a knocking around corners. Check the oil and it's 1.5 qts low. Jack the car up immediately and there's oil all over the filter and bottom of the pan. Go get what I need and the filter was so loose it wasn't even making a seal. Way to go Matt. Way to go. Just what we would expect from a store like this.

There are numerous spaces to dry the vehicle and do some detailing. This is one of the few Foam & Wash that has a guy using a sprayer and a brush to pre-clean the car, before entering the car wash. With the "unlimited" plan, the vacuum is free, there is also a free carpet beater available to everyone. DO NOT put your Weather Tech mats in it, nor any semi solid floor mats.

I was told to come in at an appointed time and they would do a free inspection and give me an estimate for the job. They said it would take about an hour to do, and how much it would cost. Didn't have anything else planned for the afternoon so I waited. Where was I going to go without a car? It's not like in the City where I could take a train, bus, or even walk home or find something to do in the neighborhood, It took about an hour. They showed me the brake pads. They were kind of worn out. They have free Wi-Fi and a clean restroom.

As a business owner myself, doing the simple low cost things to keep customers happy is so easy to do. Over the last few times I've gone in, I've had abrasive interactions with him but have brushed them off as having a bad day, having difficult customers before me, or whatever. But nah, he's just a prick. Also, they let a guy sit in there working at the desk with a MAGA hat on. I don't support pedophile supporters.
