My rear quarter panel was a bit dented and had popped loose from its clips, and I called Radd to ask if it was something they'd be able to fix. They weren't sure, so they invited me to come by so they could take a look. Later on in the day, an even more convenient option was suggested - to simply take a couple photos of the damage and email it over to them. Simple! They determined they'd be able to make the repair, by melting and reshaping some of the plastic while guiding everything back into place, and I was so delighted that I didn't even ask for an estimate. Honestly as far as I was concerned, I would be happy if it came in under $500. The total for this repair? A mere $150! The tires théy recommended only lasted me 1 year probably less. I got 18,000 miles out of these tires and it cost me close to $700. I found this out while doing an oil change in NC and to my surprise these tires had no warranty and didn't even last 20,000 miles even with rotations. I had to reach out many times to talk to the owner and nothing ever got resolved. If you live out of town go to a franchise place because this is a family owned business. I wouldn't recommend.

We were in the neighborhood a couple days later, and I brought the car over just to see what they could do. Although they're always busy, they had an empty bay, and put the car up on the lift. His answer...nothing. The truck quickly wouldn't start consistently again, so I called him and asked home to do the job. He was there the next day, did the job and the price was under his estimate. I asked if I could just bring the tire in (take it off his car and drop in my trunk). The girl on the phone went to ask if that would be OK. She told me to bring the tire/wheel in and the store manager would look at it. We got there and the service guy went out to get the boss. He was actually in the shop doing an alignment (must be a "working manager") , and said he would check the tire as soon as he was finished. About 20 minutes later he came out, grabbed the tire, and checked out the leak. He found a very small leak, showed us the bubbles coming out , patched it, balanced it, and we were out of there, after being there around 50 minutes total. They went out of their way on a very busy Saturday to help my dad out, and I'm (and especially my dad) very grateful for the customer service. I will be going there the next time I need tires. The service manager was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
