Some of the communication about timing was incorrect. 20 minutes turned into 40, which was unfortunate as I had already been waiting for a tow for a couple of hours. Communication could have been better between Ford, the original tow company and MDR. I was only given one phone number for a tow company. I did not know that the tow company had changed, had never received an update and was not made aware when my truck had been dropped off at Ford. When I left voicemails to the only number I had over the weekend nothing was returned. I understand it is the weekend, but it is hard when the vehicle can't be found on the lot that it is supposed to be in and the company who was towing it cannot be reached. I apologize for the tough review on the get go, but upon having more information I wanted to update my review accordingly. Unfortunately, I was only able to get this info after leaving my original review, but the clarity has helped.
