Just Awesome! I would give Renato and his son 10 stars if I could! My son was in an accident and they were on the scene quickly to pull his totaled car out of a deep gully. He talked to my son, walked him through the whole insurance process and gave us lots of useful information on about how to handle the situation. Great guys, honest and fast! They towed my daughters car and fixed her flat tire and it was very reasonable. They wouldn't take my husbands card number over the phone for his protection so I had to go to the shop and I will tell you I did not mind, because they care that much about protecting my husbands information, you don't hear that very often! Renato truly is sent from god. I caught a flat today around 12pm and used geico to get emergency roadside assistance. Tow Boss Towing & Recovery was assigned my service request. Upon accept my request he immediately told me that i would need to be towed if he couldn't get the bolt off. (Already setting the expectation that he pulsar get the job done) His arrival time was supposed to be for 1:18 he was late and arrived at 1:30. He took of 2 bolts and used the drill so forcefully on the nuts that i feel he may have stripped them. I ask him to try a bit harder to get the bolts off and he decides to fight me about it. Long story short i waited another hours for a new service provider because Tow Boss wouldn't pick up the phone for geico. Thankfully i got in touch with AllTow and it truly was a blessing. I was able to get geico to pay for the tow and save some very needed money. Renato went above and beyond for me Geico should change Tow Boss from being their primary provider. And use Alltow instead. Had a no-start at local grocery store, which I couldn't solve next day, so needed a tow. Driver asked why I was towing to dealer (which was around corner). Said he knew my car. I blew a tire and I'm so glad that ToyotaCare sent All Tow to fix my car! Originally, All Tow was told by ToyotaCare to tow my car when I only needed a tire change. However, they fixed my flat tire and went above and beyond by calling ToyotaCare to make sure I wasn't charged for a tow, and only charged for roadside assistance. I would absolutely recommend All Tow to anyone in the Hudson Valley area. They were extremely nice, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. read more

Alltow went above and beyond for me when I was in a real jam! Last week my 2000 Honda broke down right down the road from Marty's Automotive. I had them bring it to their shop to fix thinking it would be easier. Well...they ripped me off for a thermostat sensor $250 ! I picked it up and it died again! Marty's came to get it and said I needed new spark plugs, wires and alternator $650! I said to do the plugs. i pick up my car and it overheated before I got home. They drained my oil, antifreeze for what reason. I just had my 3000 mile oil change so I know there was fluids in there! Today I broke down again and called Alltow. I didn't know the rd I was on and kinda sent them on search. The driver, Renato, looked at my car when I told him the story and he checked my spark plugs...they were not even connected all the way! He fixed them and the car started right up! Super nice guy and saved me a real headache. Stay away from Marty's Automotive,especially if you are a woman! They are crooks!
