Now, their waiting area is very comfortable with new furniture and a great flat screen tv plus coffee! This beats the waiting area at the Wappinger Falls Mercedes Benz dealership (an establishment I detest), believe it or not. Phone service is now very responsive and cheerful. Now, I'm not saying C&J's was no good (they actually gave me a ride home when a quick fix turned out to be a much bigger deal and didn't want me to waste my time sitting in the waiting room). Still, the new owners seem to be highly motivated to make this a repair shop you don't mind going to, offering numerous amenities as previously noted. I think these guys will get all my business now. They're close, convenient, have a nice waiting room, and are very friendly. Definitely recommended!

The family-owned business is full of hospitality and professionalism. They were able to fix my car in a couple of hours. They were very busy, but the mechanic took the time to show me why he thought someone had tried to break into my car and that was why the inside mechanics of the door were messed up. After driving it for a couple days I had to add more, I was told to bring it in but when I did I was treated like a burden and a problem, a lot of agitation given, and then was told the car could not be looked at. The car now will not run the leak is so bad and it could start a fire, since summer I have dealt with this issue and when I call they never return your call or answer the phone. I really liked this group, they went above and beyond in the beginning but by not fixing the leak when the car was already apart and already charging me over $4,000 I now have no car.
