Now, their waiting area is very comfortable with new furniture and a great flat screen tv plus coffee! This beats the waiting area at the Wappinger Falls Mercedes Benz dealership (an establishment I detest), believe it or not. Phone service is now very responsive and cheerful. Now, I'm not saying C&J's was no good (they actually gave me a ride home when a quick fix turned out to be a much bigger deal and didn't want me to waste my time sitting in the waiting room). Still, the new owners seem to be highly motivated to make this a repair shop you don't mind going to, offering numerous amenities as previously noted. I think these guys will get all my business now. Anytime I called for a tow, Angel's prices have always beaten anyone else's. Sometimes by a lot. Most places charge a minimum of $200 these days regardless of how close you need them to go. I've never known Angel not to give you the price before he goes to pick it up so don't say yes and argue later. Perhaps if you know you don't have the money right then he could work with you but don't be a jerk and then expect favors. My experience has always been fair, pleasant, professional, and quick. If you read the Google reviews that has been everyone else's experience too. It just makes me so mad when entitled people who don't get their way and don't get over on someone then go on a review platform to bash a business or a person's name. I work in the restaurant/hospitality industry so I see things like that all too often and it just annoys me. If you want the truth read the Google reviews. She saved me about 500 dollars when I was convinced my car battery was dead and she was persistant on me trying to jump it again (after multiple failed attempts) with her equipment and it worked and it saved me probably around 500 dollars. I cannot imagine there being a better, more knowledgeable, and trustworthy person than Sridevi while saving money.
