He took complete control and put my mind at ease while he got my car loaded and on its way to get a new tire. The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! After calling a few tow truck companies i came apon Extreme Towing and Recovery. After a quick conversation, I was told someone would be there in 20 minutes, which he was, I would be taken care of right away, which I was, and the cost was reasonable compared to four other companies who told me if i paid cash they could give me a break. For the record the other four quotes were still double the price and in one case almosr 3 times the cost of companies in the immediate area. The driver was there within 20, very professional, had my Jeep on his truck in 15 minutes and had my car in my driveway in 20 minutes. The owner was super nice and we happily tipped him for his wonderful service.
