I was recently sidelined with a flat tire, too low to risk my rims by continuing on to the…read moredealership. Roadside assistance dispatched Mystic and in less than 30min Jorge was there with a flatbed and a smile! He took complete control and put my mind at ease while he got my car loaded and on its way to get a new tire. It was after hours but he completed the key drop paperwork at the dealership upon drop off, allowing me to head directly home vs having the make a pitstop after what you can imagine was a crap commute home from the office. I am still trying to get my Porsche back and will. Even an illegal title removing the lien holder was done. The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! They used to be Bobby Towing which were sued by the Attorney General, they renamed to Dutchess Towing, now they are all operating as Redl Towing. Fraudulent company - BEWARE!!!!!

After calling a few tow truck companies i came apon Extreme Towing and Recovery. After a quick conversation, I was told someone would be there in 20 minutes, which he was, I would be taken care of right away, which I was, and the cost was reasonable compared to four other companies who told me if i paid cash they could give me a break. For the record the other four quotes were still double the price and in one case almosr 3 times the cost of companies in the immediate area. The driver was there within 20, very professional, had my Jeep on his truck in 15 minutes and had my car in my driveway in 20 minutes. The owner was super nice and we happily tipped him for his wonderful service. In the future I would recommend everyone to this amazing Towing company and I wish them all the best in 2025 because because they've earned it in my book!!!
